This beautifully renovated pet-friendly studio, 1-bathroom condo with vaulted
ceilings is the perfect cozy spot for your Mammoth getaway! Located on the 2nd
level in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this unit offers electric
heating throughout and a private outdoor deck ideal for al fresco dining or
relaxing with your favorite drink while soaking in the peaceful mountain
atmosphere. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the
best locations in Mammoth. Just one block from The Village and the Village
Gondola, you'll have effortless access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and the
slopes without the hustle and bustle. After a day of exploring the mountains
or hiking the nearby trails, unwind by the propane fireplace with slate hearth
in the cozy living area and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV, or gather
for meals at the dining table with seating for four. The full kitchen is
equipped with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals at
home. The sleeping area includes a Queen bed with a walled partition for added
privacy, and there's also a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests.
Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around
town. Guests enjoy access to one unassigned outdoor parking space. The
amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation
room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool.
All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa,
Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of
amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness
center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and
a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests
can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and
pickleball courts. This unit includes one parking pass. If additional parking
