The room overall was clean, however, the rugs had lots of stains, the bedding was mediocre, and the internet connection did not work. However, the property manager "Mac" came to the rescue and was very pleasant. Maybe, it's me, but a $192 cleaning fee for 2 nights at a 1 bedroom place seemed absorbent. Also, the pool, looked nice but was really cold.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad you found the condo clean overall and that Mac was helpful and able to resolve the issue quickly. I’ll be sure to pass along your kind comments. I’m sorry that some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We’re following up with housekeeping to inspect and refresh the rugs and bedding, and we’re also working with our internet provider to test the connection and resolve the issue. Reliable Wi-Fi is important, and we want future guests to be able to count on it. I understand your concern regarding the cleaning fee for a two-night stay. The fee covers the same detailed turnover process regardless of the length of the reservation, but we appreciate your perspective. The pool temperature is controlled by the property and may feel cooler depending on the season and weather conditions. As you know, conditions in Mammoth can change quickly.
