Welcome to Villa Lakeview!

Be prepared to be wowed by the amazing water views across the wide freshwater lake. This airy and bright home, located in SW Cape Coral, offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests with its 3 bedrooms (each with a King size bed) and 3 baths, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room and game area featuring a foosball table. Contemporary furniture and decor throughout, including brand new furnishings in two bedrooms, create a home that reflects a sense of style and taste.

The pool area faces east and early risers will be able to enjoy magnificent sunrises across the lake. Breakfast in the morning sun on the spacious patio and sundeck is a perfect start into the day. The pool is electrically heated and a separate hot tub is available as well. The view across the lake is really quite spectacular. Sitting by the water, whether by the pool or down on the dock with Tiki hut, is extremely relaxing. If you want to take a break from your hectic life, this is the place. Come and experience it for yourself!

Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests. The $300 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.

Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit einem Kingsize Bett), 3 Baeder, ein grosses Wohnzimmer, komplett eingerichtete Kueche, Esszimmer und einen Bereich mit einem Kickertisch. Modernes Mobiliar und Dekor im ganzen Haus, darunter die brandneuen Moebel in zwei Schlafzimmern, kreieren ein stilvolles Ambiente.

Der Poolbereich liegt nach Osten und Fruehaufsteher koennen atemberaubende Sonnenaufgaenge ueber dem See erleben. Fruehstueck in der Morgensonne auf der geraeumigen Terrasse und Pooldeck ist der perfekte Start in den Tag. Der Pool ist elektrisch beheizbar und eine separate Hot Tub steht ebenfalls zur Verfuegung. Der Blick ueber den See ist schlichtweg spektakulaer. Hier am Wasser zu sitzen, ob neben dem Pool oder unten auf dem Dock mit Tikihuette, ist Entspannung pur. Wenn Sie etwas Abstand vom hektischen Alltag gewinnen moechten, hier ist der richtige Ort dafuer. Kommen Sie und erleben Sie es selbst!

Bitte beachten: Der Mietbetrag richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Gaste. Die Basismiete gilt nur fur zwei Gaste. Die $300 Kaution ist komplett erstattbar. Die Stromkosten von $0.15 / kWh sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen und werden bei Abreise nach Verbrauch waehrend Ihres Aufenthaltes kalkuliert. Gemaess einer staedtischen Verordnung liegt die Mindestmietdauer fuer Ferienhaeuser in Cape Coral bei 7 Naechten.

Villa with a dream view

The property had everything you could want. Spacious with plenty of amenities. The property manager was very attentive. But the jam on the top was the view from the swimming pool. The cover around the pool was built in such a way the the whole side that looked over the lake had no restraining bars so the view was superb. Add to that the sunrise in the morning over the east facing lake was ultra impressive. We don't normally go back to the same place twice but in this case we could be persuaded.

Property was great, however the 5 days we stayed the roof was being repaired and we were not given a heads up about this prior to our stay. I am still waiting to hear back from the property management company.

Beautiful and Uncomfortable

The house was beautiful and clean inside. The lanai was spacious and beautiful, especially the view, however it needed a good cleaning. Property manager was very helpful with anything we needed.

Beautiful home

We spent the month of March at this gorgeous home. We have stayed in Cape Coral for the past 8 years and this has to be the best spot so far. Great location, close to everything!! My husband was thrilled with the fishing off the dock, he actually lost count as to how many he caught. Home is very well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We had a couple tiny issues and Sven was very helpful. I would highly recommend this home and would stay again in a heartbeat… unfortunately it was already booked for next year.

We stayed at Villa Lake View recently. The house was great.

Due to Hurricane Ian there was no cable or internet and all beaches were closed. This is no fault of the property company. We were there to visit family so we weren’t at the property much anyway. Beware of the extremely high electric bill they will charge you with. It was me and my husband, we were hardly there, didn’t need the dishwasher or laundry and the charge for electricity is $75 for one week.

Poor communication

Entered this beautiful home without any issues. Was told that the property manager would leave a welcome letter on the counter which would have included information about the home. We arrived well after 9 pm but couldn’t locate the welcome packet nor any check in information regarding how to operate pool/hot tub heater, internet passwords and how to operate the TV. Unable to locate any wash clothes to take a shower and we were unable to turn on the Smart TV nor access the internet. Let a message on this site and also a phone message asking for help. No response on VRBO and after leaving a curt voicemail, we received a text indicating the property mgr would come tomorrow sometime. Sven arrived and provided us with a correct internet password; did not go over information regarding hot tub nor pool. When we asked about wash clothes he said people up North use them; most people renting do not. The home itself was very clean, well equipped kitchen, beautiful pool and hot tub. Black soot covered the entire patio flooring under the lanai and and it was obvious the patio had not been hosed off prior to our arrival. We had stayed at two previous VRBO/Home Away properties in the past and they all provided suggestions on restauarants, the local area, etc. Nothing here. On our fourth day Sven, property manager called us around 8 pm asking if we would vacate the home for two hours next morning so the home could be appraised. We asked if this could be done later in the day and he said he didn’t know if he could change the arrangements. Most vacationers don’t want to get up, get dressed and vacate for two hours to accommodate an appraisal. I later texted Sven stating we decided we didn’t want anyone coming while we were there on our vacation and he texted back “no problem”. Next morning the appraiser arrived walking around the patio; no call from Sven. We felt discounted at this point. I would recommend this home as long as you get confirmation before you arrive regarding internet password (the first one was not the new one) and more detailed information regarding operation of the home.

Great way to spend January

The home is beautiful, as nice or nicer than the pictures. After a slow start because of a burned out pool pump and cloudy hot tub water things were great. We would have rented again for next January but two weeks were already reserved. We did however go ahead and rent another home managed by the same company.

Excellent Choice for Vacation in Florida !

The view is absolutely stunning when you enter the home… pictures do not do it justice. Corner slide outs entering the pool area open up to see the full view of the pool and the water view. Full kitchen (coffee maker uses filters), foosball table, beach towels, 3 bikes, 2 kayaks, small tiki hut deck, hot tub- master suite… perfect. We did have to text for the correct internet password and the heater on the pool was not on- but figured that out. The hot tub did smell pretty bad after using a few days so didn’t get to enjoy it towards the end of the week. Would definitely rent here again- perfect location- close to Fort Meyers and Sanibel Island

Awesome home!

Really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for privacy, peace & quiet and this villa delivered. View of the lake with the sunrise was super. Pool with separate hot tub are awesome. The location made it really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend this rental.

This house was wonderful!

The views were amazing. The placement is right in the heart of everything, but far enough away to not get obscene traffic. Overall it was a very great week vacation! The only thing I would say is, we were very excited about the hot tub. But when we opened it up it didn't look like it was recently cleaned. We ended up not using it at all, which was a bummer. We definitely used the jetted tub in the master suite though!
