Great place, excellent location

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious house. We had everything we needed and were able to thoroughly enjoy Gros Morne park.

Great Location

Great Location , felt like home , hot tub, fire pit and close to Tablelands and Westbrook Pond boat trip. Was a great stay on our way to St Anthony to break up the trip from Saint John’s

Beautiful stay in Gros Morne

Everything exactly as advertised. Clean, well appointed, very comfortable. Just outside the park so very easy to access both sides. We loved our stay!

Beautiful place in a great location

We stayed here with our small kids and enjoyed how clean, convenient and big this place was. We were able to get to the outdoor activities and little towns very easily and then come back and relax in the home. The kitchen was fully stocked; it was roomy, clean and there were many games for the family to play. The bonus for us was the hot tub! Perfect after a long day of adventure!

Wonderful!

The property was updated, clean and had all the amenities you need after traveling in beautiful NL. It was about 20-30 minutes to Gros Morne and it was great after long days of hiking to come back to such a lovely place to relax. Stacey really pays attention to the small touches which make you feel right at home. If we come back to the area, would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Home!

Loved this house & our host. My family had a cousins get together to visit Gros Morne National Park. The house was so clean, nice and close to the park. It was great coming back to & enjoying the hot tub! Our host was amazing & provided us with things to do in the area, always responsive, kind & helpful. My only regret is that our stay was too short. I promise you if you book here you will not regret it!

Saved by Thistle House

It was fortunate to find this wonderful rental at the last minute. Thistle House is located on the doorstep of Gros Morne National Park, and is conveniently located for exploration of all park activities, while still close to services in Deer Lake. The house is equipped with everything one would need for a relaxing stay. It is clean, comfortable and homey. Stacey is a wonderful and communicative host, and she rescued our vacation when our planned rental at a different property canceled due to water issues just 2 hours before we were to check in. Thistle House and our host rate 10 out of 10!

Gros Morne getaway

Great place to stay! Close to all the park has to offer. Spectacular drives, hikes, food and people! Place felt brand new and had absolutely everything you need. After a big day hiking at the park the hot tub was a perfect finish to the day!

Great location to visit both sides of Gros Mourne

We had an excellent visit at this property. It allowed us to connect with friends and with nature, without worrying about where we would rest our heads. The hot tub was a fantastic way to relax after a day of hiking

Everything you need and more!

Such an amazing stay! We were overwhelmed with how equipped the home was and how every detail was thought of (plus some!). We only got to stay two nights but we were wishing we could’ve stayed to enjoy more time at the house! Hot tub was lovely to come home to after long days travelling and hiking in Gros Morne. So clean, comfortable and well designed. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Being spoiled at The Thistle House at Bonne Bay Pind

We loved the property itself (beauty, privacy, lawn in the front, which was great for our dogs, and more natural in the back yard with a lot of trees). The home is new with many upgrades (cabinets, flooring, bathrooms, appliances, mattresses, bedding, etc.) and it was beautifully decorated. The owner supplied it with everything you could think of including everything you could need in the kitchen plus people and doggie treats. It far exceeded our expectations. The owner also was outstanding in answering all our questions thoroughly, promptly, and in a very friendly manner. Our four night stay at The Thistle House was the highlight of our trip. Our 2 little dogs loved it too!
