By the Beach - Unit B Beautiful Beachside Retreat

We are a newly renovated vacation home in Deer Lake, NL. Just a 5 minute drive from the airport we are located directly across the street from the Deer Lake Beach. Our unit is within walking distance to many outdoor activities and food establishments. Deer Lake itself is centrally located in Western Newfoundland and is just a 45 minute drive to Gros Morne National Park. Not only are we an ideal location for a summer beach retreat we offer ATV access and are a hub of snowmobile activity in the Winter. Marble Mountain is a short 20 minutes drive and Minor Hockey maintains a steady stream of activity in the Winter months. We boast a 5 star rating on both Airbnb and VRBO and we are known for our beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy units. Weekly rates and discounts are avaliable.

The location to the beach was ideal for our short visit. Accommodations were comfy, and super clean. A few things were missing such as a large knife and teaspoons. Overall, a great stay!

Loved the walk on the beach and playing a board game provided by the host as well as a meal from across the street.

Beautifully decorated, like out of a magazine! Every room had some decor that was very unique. I even contacted an artist who was displayed on one of the bedroom walls.Rooms were clean and location was close to the highway so easy to find.It was a little small but ok for the 3 of us. Might be difficult to do a lot of cooking which we didn’t do so not a problem for us.Colleen

We really enjoyed the rental! It is very clean and directly across the street from the beach. It takes, maybe, 2 minutes to get to the water. We were there during unusually hot weather and the place was very comfortable. It has a portable air conditioner that seemed to work very well. There is wifi and TV channels for night time entertainment. Parking is convenient next to the unit. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was VERY good with communications.There is a business at the beach with a restaurant and equipment rentals. Check their hours, but while we were there, they were open late enough to get dinner. We thought it was good. You can walk farther to other restaurants but we found it better as a short drive.
