Great stay on the White River

We enjoyed this sweet stay on the White River. Peaceful and beautiful views from the deck. The unit was very clean and well appointed. All photos were accurate on the listing. Kitchen had everything we needed. The decks were very enjoyable. There was a fire pit and 2 gas grills for our use. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This rental is great. It is a great location with beautiful views. It is right on the river, very quiet, serene, facility is really nice, clean and properly stocked. It is 10 minutes to marina and boat ramp. I’ll definitely stay at this location again.

unique river front experience

we had a very relaxing visit during the first week of July. the homeowners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. the property was well maintained and comfortable the river below the dam offered a very enjoyable experience i hope to visit more often

Cute, comfortable weekend stay.

This place was great for a weekend stay. The back is beautiful. It is a very busy river spot in the mornings but the view and the fishing is great! Lots of wildlife. Only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the shower is terrible. Would stay again.

We had a great visit.

I come over often to fish. Husband came with me this time. I don’t like the crowds at the local resort so we always get a rental house. We have been watching this property and wanted to check it out. We suggest the grill needs replaced. My husband cooked steak but one grill would not start at all. One only barely worked. That would be an easy fix. Also the moisture problem would probably be a problem for someone who is not familiar with dehumidifiers and the need to dump the water so often. We had to dump it about every 5 hours. Husband suggests installing it to a drain line so that it never needs emptied. None of that is a criticism and we will definitely check with you first on the next trip. The location was perfect. The seclusion was ideal. We lucked out and we’re the only people there so we had the whole place to ourselves.

Great getaway and relaxing view

We really enjoyed our stay , the view was breathtaking , very clean and comfortable . Really enjoyed the quick access to river , my only regret was I didn’t stay longer , 3 nights was just not enough since main reason for coming was to fish right out the back door . Also the fact there were 2 air units in unit was a huge plus especially with the hot days we had .

Nice, Clean Place

This place was good for our needs but probably wouldn't stay here again. Pros Great, fair price! Private 4 units available, great place for several couples to rent out at the same time Very clean interior Spacious, lots of room to move around and settle in Very shady! Multiple levels of decks, shaded most of the day RIGHT ON THE WATER! Full size fridge Kitchen area was sufficient for meal prep Lots of chairs at all levels of the deck to sit and enjoy the river TV has lots of options Great storage space for long-term stays (dressers, etc.) Grills provided worked great for dinner one night! Hose provided allowed us to wipe down chairs to sit on Deer on property for fun viewing Close proximity to State Park and to Gaston's bird zoo Cons River water was so high (rolling strong and full) that we couldn't access the water safely from this property. Bummer as we planned to wade fly fish while there. Not the fault of the property, but a bummer if that's what you're expecting! Keypad on door wasn't working. Only 1 key provided so we had to keep it locked in the lock box and constantly open lock box to access room. Pillows were the worst I've ever seen....paper thin. Thankfully, once we alerted the owner to this issue, they provided different pillows the following day. "complimentary toiletries" were not sufficient for even ONE person to bathe with. Had to immediately go to the store and buy shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Room had noticeable smell to it when we entered. Thankfully, it went away by that evening but not sure if it was smoke or mildew or what. Shower is TINY Water pressure in shower made it difficult to rinse hair of shampoo/conditioner We stayed for 4 nights and ran out of TP pretty quick because only partial rolls were provided--thankfully owner brought more the day after we asked for more.

An old friends get together

Our friends from Florida came back to Arkansas and we had a good time fishing and visiting, watching the boats float by as we sat outside visiting then playing Mexican Train with friends. Just a nice getaway.

Breathtaking White River views in a tranquil area. Beautifully updated apartment with all the amenities that you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy fishing for trout right from the backyard. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come again. The only suggestion I have is that the pillows need to be replaced.

Birthday Getaway

This property was perfect for my husbands birthday getaway! He loves to trout fish and he was able to access the water easily to wade fish and it was nice and quiet! Very clean and comfortable! and had everything we needed!

White River Plein Air Festival.

Myself and another artist friend came in for White Fiver Plein Air Festival. For 4 days we painted in the area. Was a perfect property. Right on river. Clean, quiet and really enjoyed our stay. Side note: might want to let guest know where trash cans are located in the welcome folder. Both of other guests did not know either. We finally found it on side.
