The TV issue reported during the stay has since been resolved, and the TV has been replaced.

For clarification for future guests, one unit includes 3 TVs and the other includes 2 TVs, though we certainly understand that some guests may prefer a television in every bedroom. Thank you for your feedback. We always take cleanliness concerns seriously and want every guest to arrive to a home that has been properly cleaned and inspected. In this case, our cleaning and inspection reports, including photos taken prior to arrival, did not reflect the conditions described in this review. When a guest notices a cleanliness concern upon arrival, we strongly encourage them to contact us as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to verify the issue and, most importantly, address it right away. By the time a guest has occupied the home for a period of time, it can become more difficult to determine the condition of an item or area at the time of check-in. When these concerns were brought to our attention, we let the guest know that additional fresh linens were available in the home and discussed the bathroom floor concern as well. Because our documented cleaning and inspection reports did not indicate these issues were present prior to arrival, we were unable to substantiate the request for compensation. We understand the guest was disappointed with that outcome, but our decision was based on the documentation available to us. We will always take reported concerns seriously and encourage guests to notify us promptly so we can investigate and resolve anything that may have been missed.
