My friends and I had the best time at Buena Vista in Nashville. It was a great location and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the host was wonderful. The rooftop was amazing and had the best view of the city. My friend accidentally left her glasses behind, and Joe was incredibly kind to ship them back to her. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

The property was as pictured! Our group of 7 had more than enough room and it was a convenient location. The only downside is that the heating system worked too well! So if you’re staying during the winter months, just be aware that the bedrooms get warm at night so don’t set the heat above 64 (seriously). If that’s the only downside, you know it was a good stay!

The house was clean and nice, close enough that the Uber drive was only a few minutes from Broadway. Two nights actually walked back to the house…a little far to walk but is manageable. Only complaint was the fire table on the roof was not working. Messaged the host and said he would have someone out. Later when no one showed up I had to message him again and he said it was a bad controller. He said he would credit my account for the inconvenience but as of a week later I haven’t received that.

Great house, good location. Loved that we could walk to the farmers market. We had 13 people, 5 couples and 3 singles and fit comfortably. All the seating was comfortable, and we never felt over crowded.

I am not even sure where to begin with my review.Absolutely amazing! From the moment that we booked, Joe was in contract immediately. He provided a number of places to go, things to do, places to eat even by food types. He suggested some of the bars on Broadway that he had enjoyed and even recommended a couple tattoo places for myself and my wife.Our group had an incredible time!The house: Beautiful home! The beds are all incredibly comfortable in all the rooms. The furniture is modern, updated and also comfortable. Good size kitchen and living space. Each bedroom was also spacious, with plenty of blankets and pillows. The location of the home was right outside Germantown, which has a number of pubs, bars and restaurants. I would stay here with a large group or even a smaller group that made sense for the home. The Rooftop is incredibly comfortable and one hell of a view.The area: Access to literally everything, not really much to say honestly. We could walk to Broadway and be there in about 30-40 minutes, or a 12 Minute Uber/Lyft ride. A number of places to eat and drink were all within 10-15 minutes to walk.Joe, thank you for having us and providing an awesome experience, comfortable place and leaving us with a first impression of Nashville that wont soon be forgotten! If it were possible Id give you ten out of five stars!

Great place for larger groups

Stayed at the property in Nashville. Beautifully decorated and lots of space for our entire group. Many members of the group made comments about how great a place it was to stay at. About 5 minute uber to Broadway.

Girls Get Away

We LOVED the location. It was quiet, yet close to Broadway and many other attractions. It was clean and It accommodated 18 adult ladies. Joe was also very responsive when needed. Would definitely stay again!

This property was beautiful and spacious! The roof deck was a great way to enjoy the weather and views of Nashville. It was a short drive to Broadway which made it very easy to enjoy the main attractions downtown.

Amazing stay!

We had such a great time and our VRBO was perfect for our group. So much space and decor was very cute! Roof was a great amenity with the nice weather. Joe was a great host and super accommodating to help requests. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here for your next Bach trip.

Great Stay

We had an amazing trip in Nashville and staying here was a highlight. We had a group of 15 and had plenty of room for everyone. Owner was very proactive with sending favorite places, attractions etc. We had a few quick questions while we were there and he answered right away. We will be back!
