Located on the beautiful North bay front in Newport Beach, this two unit home is a great Balboa Island bay front getaway. This newly remodeled 2 story back and front unit allows vacationers to enjoy bay front living at its finest. A beautifully designed open-air layout, vacationers have found the perfect family home.
This 5 bedroom, 2 unit home is perfect for your whole family or group of friends. The front unit was designed for entertaining and the ground floor patio allows vacationers to enjoy bay front living. The 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath front house has a generous master bedroom facing the bay front, with plenty of windows to capture the essence of island living. Each bedroom has their own bathroom to complete the upstairs living space. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a dining area just off the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains all the essentials with direct access to the garage. There is an oversized one car garage with a washer and dryer included in the space. Located off the garage on the street is an extra oversized parking spot. The back unit is loft style, with 2 bedrooms on the upper level, with a view of the harbor out the floor to ceiling windows of the unit. Please note that with this being a loft style unit, the bedrooms do not have separating doors. The master bedroom, while on the second floor, is open to the living space below. The second bedroom is more private, with an enclosed stairwell tucked away past the kitchen. 2 full baths in the unit, 1 in the master bedroom and the other downstairs near the full kitchen and open living area.
