Great property. Perfect for large family. Love the corner lot with accordion doors that open up on 2 sides to see the ocean.

The home was clean , very well stocked , Host communicated very well and accommodated us when he could which was super helpful! The beds were comfortable, and the home location was amazing. We will save this spot for future stays! My only minor minor complaint is the shower heads could all use replacing, they sprayed very hard pressure and only a few settings worked which my husband and father liked but my kiddos hated it lol it wasn’t able to be changed to a softer setting that worked.Overall we really enjoyed the view, the space, the cleanliness, and the hospitality! Bonus points he had many beach chairs, beach umbrellas and sand toys and a wagon! We brought out own but never had to pull any of it out of the car. Thank you !

What an epic staycation! The location of this property is amazing! Everything one could need within walking distance; restaurants, bars, park, playground, Balboa fun zone and of course the beautiful soft sand beach of Newport Beach. We even rented a Duffy boat for 2 hours to cruise around the harbor and went stand up paddle boarding along the bay. The only thing we didn’t have time for was a bike ride along the boardwalk. The rental was stocked with kitchen essentials and appliances, bathroom necessities and plenty of beach goers equipment. The best thing about the rental was the A/C. It was a hot week, so having a comfy temp at night was wonderful! We can’t wait to come back soon to enjoy this rental.

Wonderful Beach Family Vacation Spot

This property was wonderful. We went for spring break and got to see family and friends. The house was perfect for all six of us and Todd was amazing as the host!

Great place for families and friends.

Second time staying here and once again a perfect getaway. Stayed with our family which includes 3 teens but also had a couple friends come down for a day or two with littles and all age groups had a great time.

Another great stay!

Even the cold weather couldn’t ruin our vacation! As always, the house was great, Todd’s communication was awesome and we had another amazing stay! Looking forward to our next visit!

This place is 100%. All three levels look right at the beach. the rooftop with grill is beautiful for sunsets. Steps to a beach packed with action and bonfire pits. there's also a huge field out front where different groups play soccer, frisbee, etc. out the other side, you are steps to whale watching and fishing charters and the ferry to Balboa Island. 5 minute walk to restaurants, bike rentals, surf shops. One of the best VRBOs I'v stayed at. Communication with the host was easy and he was really responsive. Beautiful place.

The property was gorgeous and very well maintained.

The house was perfectly situated with activities nearby but just enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The view was fantastic. The manager was very responsive, both before and during our stay.

Location just can’t be beat! Super clean and very easy to communicate with the owner. He even helped us take care of some items we accidentally left behind. HIGHLY RECOMMMEND!

Luxury Oceanfront Living

Great time at the beach. Entire family (11)enjoyed the property and the great location. Close to Balboa pier but far enough to avoid noise and crowds from that area. Would do it again!

Outstanding time and memories

Our family celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday and we had the best time at this location. This property is clean and the property manager is very responsive to any issues that came up.

Location and modernness. The view is unreal. Would definitely return to property. Owner/manager responds very quickly and overall nice person.
