This gorgeous mid mod home - by famed developer Paul Trousdale - sits on over 3000 sqft and features spectacular mountain views. The gorgeous resort-style yard has a pool with an integrated spa and a tanning deck, an outdoor shower, and bocce ball. There's also a living pavilion with alfresco dining, a lounge area and fire feature, and a built-in BBQ cooking station with a bar. Beds: K, K, K, Q The inside of the property has been completely reimagined and features West Elm furniture and decor throughout the entire property. This is a very special home where pedigreed architectural style meets understated elegance to create a stunning vacation rental paradise. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Completely walled for privacy, the entire property feels like an upscale resort. The fabulous yard features a pool with an integrated spa and a tanning deck. There is also a gorgeous living pavilion with alfresco dining, a lounge area, a fire feature, and a BBQ cooking station with a bar. There is even bocce ball and a fabulous outdoor shower. Stunning mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this spectacular concept home. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost ** ** Please Note: 1. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms. 2. Pool heating may be added in minimum of 3 day blocks per request ** INDOOR LIVING SPACES Gorgeous vacation home that has been beautifully furnished and styled with West Elm furniture and decor throughout the entire property - it's like a living showroom featuring the comfortable, livable and beautiful aesthetic that has made the West Elm brand famous across the globe! As you walk in, you'll see artwork in the living area featuring Vicky Draves - the first Asian-American woman to win an Olympic Gold Medal in competitive diving. The living area also has a fabulous stone fireplace and is open to the dining area and kitchen. The fabulous open floor plan provides an upscale yet comfortable space for your entire group to spread out in style, and the high ceilings and walls of glass add an airy feel - blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living. This property has all the appointments you would expect on a luxury vacation home rental, including high-speed internet access, updated climate control system, and 5 smart televisions. ** The term "Pets Allowed" or "Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. ** SLEEPING QUARTERS All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed and direct access to the pool yard. It also has an ensuite bath with a double vanity and direct access to the pool area. The 2 Guest Rooms have King beds and share easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway. The Casita has a Queen bed, a mini fridge and sink, an ensuite bath, and its own private entrance - which leads to the pool yard. THE LOCATION Conveniently located in Tahquitz River Estates, less than a mile from Palm Canyon Drive and both Downtown and South Palm Springs. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all within walking distance or a short ride away. You'll be less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive, close to both the South Palm Springs Business District and the bustling Downtown area. Grocery stores, fine dining, casual restaurants, nighttime entertainment, and some great coffee shops are all just a 15-30 minute walk or an easy Uber ride away. This really is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything - but removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown.

Beautiful home with all the fixings

We could not have asked for a more beautiful home and perfect location to celebrate my birthday. The home has everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. I highly recommend booking this property for any group trip.

Great girls weekend!

This was a great property for a girls birthday weekend! It was stocked full with all the cooking utensils, glassware, towels etc we needed. One thing to note, the casita doesn't cool down with the AC very well. It doesn't have it's own unit and pulls from the house. The pool also gets pretty warm on the hotter temp days (no chiller). Otherwise it was a fantastic trip with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Enjoy!
