⭐️ Please note that the living areas do not have block out blinds or curtains and this is where additional guests are accommodated on Sofa Beds or Rollaway Beds.
✅ Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

⚠️ Late check-in fees apply for after hours check-ins, please see prices below.

MONDAY – THURSDAY
5:00pm – 10:00pm — $50
10:00pm – Midnight — $100
Midnight – 9am following day — $150

⚠️ A refundable bond of 500$ taken upon check-in, it will be released after the check-out providing that there is no damage to the property.
⚠️ Please note, there's a 1.5% credit card fee for Master Card, Visa and other cards and 2% for American Express.
⚠️ Please note that bedding configuration and furniture may slightly vary from what is presented on the photos.
⚠️ Please note not all rooms have black out blinds, including the living room - this is where extra guests stay.

DISCLAIMER:
- Q Stay does not manage onsite facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym, etc. and can not control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. No compensation will be given for such events.
- Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise.

We manage this apartment offsite and are available when needed via the office number or the afterhours number provided on check in.
