Spacious North Conway free standing home with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeping for up to 10 people. Close to downtown, great restaurants, boutique & outlet shopping and outdoor activities.

Enter in through the lower level, here you will find a great entertainment room with sofas, flat screen TV and bar area, bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs is the main living space. Large living room with stone fireplace and slider doors that let in plenty of natural light and lead out to a great deck, dining area with two tables and kitchen with ample counter and cabinet space. The main level also includes a large bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed with twin on top and double bed on the bottom and a Jack and Jill bath.

Upstairs you will find a loft space with twin size bed, bedroom with queen bed, another bedroom with queen bed and a full bath.

The top floor is a private bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 twin beds.

Amenities include: gas grill, fire pit, cable TV, surround sound, internet, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Keurig single serve coffee maker and standard coffee maker, *summer only* two 12,000 BTU window air conditioning units in the living room..

CHECK-IN: WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE SELECT REAL ESTATE OFFICE LOCATED AT 445 WHITE MOUNTAIN HIGHWAY, CONWAY, NH 03818. CHECK-IN WILL TAKE PLACE ANY TIME AFTER 4:00PM.

Great location

The house is spacious. It also needs some TLC. The sliding doors are in rough shape, very hard to open/close. The screen dooron sliders dont fit track. Has holes and dry rot. The shower on 3rd floor leaks down through 2nd floor bathroom fan/ light. As well as that fan has no blades so does not work. Windows in one bedroom will open but not close as the rod falls away from window. The house was clean. The ac in downstairs was nice. Bedrooms no ac. For price paid for this home, i expected more.

Memorial family trip

Our family of 10 stayed at this condo and there was plenty of room, perfect location, comfortable beds, Courtney at the reality Company was amazing at helping my our memorial trip for our family a wonderful meaningful experience...We hope to rent this property again in the future..Lynn, Rob

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was huge and the AC was nice. The location is prime to everything North Conway has to offer. The trash disposal being a 30 second walk behind the house was extremely convenient. The only downside was the lower level bedroom and floors being extremely dusty and causing my young son to have an asthma reaction. There was some giant Indian headdress painting sculpture idk but it harbored A LOT of dust and danced.

The property is close to Cranmore ski area and close to downtown North Conway. There is a lot of space available within the home with a terrific basement bar and playroom plus bath and additional bedroom. The main floor living area is also spacious and air conditioned. The upstairs bedrooms, although spacious as well, lack air conditioning which can be daunting on a hot August night. Overall the home is very comfortable and rustic and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few appliance issues, spin cycle on washing machine inoperative, microwave popped and flared out, trash compactor doesn't work. But am told these will be attended to. Overall grand stay . The rental agent was very accommodating and personable throughout, a pleasure to deal with.

Summer 2022 family vacation

The house was as advertised, all beds and rooms matched descriptions, provided AC worked. which was great as was a very hot week. Many of the sliding doors were hard to use as the screens did not seem to fit the tracks properly, making it difficult to use the various balconies. First floor bathroom fan did not work as it was missing the blades. Stair treads were shallow making it hard to navigate, especially if anyone has balance issues. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in the house again.
