Blue Mountains studio, wild bush garden, pets ok, discounts for over 6 days stay

Ferncreek studio faces a tranquil forest garden with native trees and numerous birds that visit the it and the studio's balcony daily. The studio is best suited for 2 people and is approx. 30m sq in size. Pets are welcome but guests must CONTACT HOST to discuss their pets and only house trained pets are allowed. Pets - contact host, extra fee $30. Two additional guests can be accommodated and an air-mattress can be provided.

The studio is located at the side of the main house, suburban street, close to shops, a supermarket and cafes. Enter Ferncreek studio via a path at the side of the main house, to the private veranda and a self-contained space with a panoramic native garden view. Numerous birds in the garden and at night possums, sugar gliders and other small bush mammals roam the garden.

Furnished with antique arm-chairs, couch, double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, hot/cold air-conditioning, fast wifi, TV & DVD and movie library; a modern bathroom, a toilet with digitally controlled bidet, seat heating etc. The super modern toilet can be operated via digital controls to massage, heat, wash and even play music but if not switched on electrically, it's just the usual toilet. Guests find it fun to operate. Must be seated to operate. The shower has strong hot/cold water pressure.

The studio is located mid-Blue Mountains in Hazelbrook village, 10-15min from Hazelbrook train station. It it is only 10-15 minutes drive to the famous Blue Mountains spectacular canyon views and walks of Katoomba, Wentworth Falls etc. There are also many beautiful waterfalls and bush trails 5-10 minutes drive from the studio, including Terrace Falls circuit, considered some of the most beautiful in Blue Mountains. There are many stunning waterfalls in the Blue Mountains National Park within 20-30min walking distance from the studio. A famous grove of giant gum trees, largest in NSW, is a short drive from the studio. The famous glow-worm cave, which magically transforms into fairy-like lights is nearby, at Horseshoe Falls of Hazelbrook. We provide directions and advice to guests including dog-friendly bush and waterfall walks.

Pet friendly. You can bring your pet with you but please CONTACT HOST BEFORE BOOKING to discuss what kind of pet and only house trained pets permitted. There are many pet friendly stunning bush and waterfall walks nearby and we will provide information about them if requested.

The studio is best suited for a couple. Extra 1-2 guests can use one of 2 floor air-mattresses and guests with kids often use this option. Please, make sure that if more than 2 people, that the air mattress option suites your additional guests. There is only one double bed in the studio. The couch can be suited for a toddler to sleep on but not an adult. We provide extra bedding and towels for additional guests on request. Additional guests over 2 cost $40 per. Children under 10 years old - no extra charge.

Ferncreek studio is very private, with its own balcony own laundry and a little yard with a table and chairs and a BBQ. Guests also have full use of the huge native-bush garden backyard that it opens into. Note that the backyard is not fully fenced so children and pets need supervision. There is a fully fenced outdoor space where guests may leave pets inside - approximately 5x5 meters in size.
