Get the best of both watery worlds in this thoughtfully appointed riverfront home in Pacific City—life on the shimmering Nestucca River and proximity to the sandy beach, dunes, and Haystack Rock in Pacific City. You’ll love the lower-level firepit patio and upper dining deck right on the river—which attracts ducks, geese, herons, and eagles—and the views of open meadows, hills, and expansive coastal skies.

The living room’s leather sofa and extra chairs invite lounging in front of the electric fire and wall-mounted TV, with oversized game board décor setting the vibe for fun. Overlooking the river and with access to the deck through sliding doors, the fully equipped kitchen/dining room has its double outdoors, with a dining table and barbecue for al fresco feasts. Each pretty queen bedroom has its own TV. Downstairs in the garage you will find a game room with a section couch, flat screen tv, Located close to Chester’s Market and two restaurants,

Riverfront Gem is a five-minute car ride to Cape Kiwanda, the hub of Pacific City’s beach and majestic Haystack Rock. Beautiful location but low quality home and cleanliness

The house was very pretty sitting on the river. This was the only reason we did not leave. Upon arriving we noticed how the home was not properly cleaned with sauce on the microwave and oven, hair in the shower and on pillows, clumps of dark stuff what looked like mold in the washer and TONS of spiders throughout the home. The Wifi did not work for us all day and night. I reached out for help but couldn’t get the router to reset and was offered maintenance help but it was pretty late in the night. Also, there was no propane for the grill which ruined our dinner plans and was another reason we booked a home with a grill. We were offered some propane for the next day which is when we would check out? ??? This could be a good spot for fishermen it other than that the house is slanted inside which is weird. 3/5
