Proposal Rock Inn #233


Neskowin has been a beloved beach destination for over 100 years, and the Proposal Rock Inn takes full advantage of its treasures. Lining Hawk Creek with views to the beach and strikingly beautiful Proposal Rock, the Inn puts you close to everything this quaint village has to offer.

This upper-level condo features a king suite, making it an excellent romantic retreat, but a daybed with a trundle also makes it a fine vacation spot for a small family. You’ll enjoy the bright, charming décor, the compact full kitchen and dining table, and the private balcony with a bistro table and chairs with the creek quietly splashing below. Your stay at the Inn gives you access to an outdoor gas grill and a coin laundry. The condo has a DVD library and games to enliven the evenings.

Walk to the beach, dining, a specialty grocery, ice cream and golf, or drive a half hour each way to the delights of Pacific City or Lincoln City. You’ll be glad to retreat to your creek-side condo at the end of the day to watch the sunset turn the sky behind Proposal Rock to flame.

Good location with easy beach access. Good central location between Pacific City and Lincoln City. Enjoyed adjacent restaurant and marketplace. Very clean with plenty of blankets and pillows.Bed was very comfortable. Minimal counter space in kitchen and bathroom. Couch should be replaced (very uncomfortable). Some kitchen consumables were low or out (foil, plastic wrap).

Property was very clean. Internet was very intermittent which was problematic when trying to work. Wish there would have been an iron and told there was laundry facilities on property since not in condo. Would have been nice to have food storage containers for left overs.

Relaxing with a great view

The condo is very comfortable and in an excellent location. View is exactly as described. If you plan to enjoy a good book on the balcony, I would suggest bringing your own comfortable chairs. Kitchen supplies are well stocked but cabinets are very high and accessible by climbing on a chair. Only complaint is checkout time of 10:00 am is too early and Meredith Lodging denied request to push it out even by one hour.

Almost perfect.

Neskowin is our home away from home! This is one of the best and cleanest vacation rental we have stayed at- especially for one that allows dogs. The kitchen was well-stocked. The view was nice. The bed linens were nice and the pillows were comfy. My only issue is that the blinds had been destroyed by the previous renter and they were not yet replaced. And the fabric shower curtain was a tad dirty. Minor things and would easily stay again.

Neskowin magic

lovely stay in the small condo unit; perfect for two people and dog. All the basic necessities are provided (though could use manual for the electronics, and dog bowl for food/water). Though not fully ocean front, great view from the small deck looking toward the creek/shore. Neskowin is a perfect, peaceful Oregon Coast getaway!

Great condo ! Well stocked and very clean. Loved the location - close to a super cute market and cafe. Quick walk to awesome beach. Low crowds here. Kitchen was sufficient and had everything we needed.

Great spot to relax and enjoy the beach

I spent about a week here. It was quiet, comfortable, and the location is amazing. The only thing is the WiFi doesn’t work great.i had to use my hotspot all week. I was here to relax, but also needed to work, so if you need good WiFi bring a good hotspot.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

I love Neskowin and have stayed at the proposal rock condos a few times. This unit is tidy and comfortable. Easy access to the beach too! We would stay again and highly recommend it!

Clean and relaxing unit with nice view

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The view from our room was nice with the river below and the ocean in the distance. It was very picturesque. The restaurant and the market which shares the same parking lot with the property both had tasty food options. A wonderful setting for a relaxing beach experience.
