Tropical Comfort of Palm Beach 1 Bdr

Welcome to our serene 340 sft 1br apt in Historic Condo. The bedroom features a King-sized bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels for your beach outings. Amenities include a smart TV (no cable), WiFi, AC in living room, a hair dryer, iron&board. Unwind and rejuvenate in this tranquil haven! There is construction on the facade of the building M-Fr and around the pool


The space


The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.

The Hotel's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.

A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18.

Valet services available, including pickup and drop off at the airport or any other location.

Parking at the Palm Beach Hotel requires a parking placard. After checking in, you can retrieve the placard from the Frontdesk, hang it on your rearview mirror while re-parking your car 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue along either Bradley Place or N. County Road where the signs are posted for 2-hour parking.

Your placard is NOT assigned to Permit Parking along Seminole and the other side streets and it is not for the 2-hour spaces next to Chase Bank. It's only for those regions 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue and only along N. County and Bradley Place where the 2-hour parking spaces begin.

Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.

Tip: if you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. This can be done without a placard. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine.

Please remember to return your parking placard to the Frontdesk. You may incur a $50 replacement fee if the placard is lost.

Condo unit is lovely and clean

The condo unit met our needs for a reasonable price at a prime location. The staff at the front desk is helpful & friendly. However the building itself is rather tired. If you want any amenities, this is not the place for you.

Perfect in every way!

This was our 5th year staying at The Palm Beach Condominium Hotel. From our very first day at our condo we felt very much at home. Many amenities were waiting for us. The condo is beautifully decorated. We were there for a month & really appreciated the kitchen. It had the best ever refrigerator/freezer. Aiva checked on us to make sure we were settled in and every was to our approval. Location, location, location! Walking distance to more than 10 fine restaurants & many shops. The beach is a short walk away & the pool is on a lovely veranda. It was fun watching the people going to Echo for dinner & the valets parking their very expensive cars! Publix right across the street is very convenient. We hope to rent this unit again next year.

Great Girls Trip

Took my best friend here for a long weekend away. It was close to so many things- grocery store, beach, walking/biking paths, great restaurants. And we were able to Uber to Clematis street which was only about a 5 minute drive away. The unit was very clean and beautifully updated. Comfortable couch and bed. We used the beach chairs and towels provided. Check In/out was easy right in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment! Will stay at again!

This apartment has been recently renovated and is clean and lovely. We enjoyed our stay, especially the pool. We look forward to staying here again when we visit our family in Palm Beach.

Would have stayed forever if we could!

I truly cannot put into words how amazing this home is! We were lucky enough to be the first to stay here after renovations, and I can honestly say it’s the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in hundreds!) Every detail of this place made it feel like home. We were supposed to stay one week, ended up extending to two, and even tried to extend to three but it was taken. The apartment is bright, light and airy. Even when you’re inside, you feel like you’re outside! The building itself is great and so convenient to everything and anything you may need. Publix across the street (great pricing and amazingly sweet staff), a pharmacy down the street and the beach just about 5 min away! We’re already talking about our trip back to Palm Beach. Aneiva was prompt and quick to respond any time we needed something (aka asking to extend our stay). Thank you for an amazing stay and introducing us to beautiful Palm Beach, we’ll be back!
