The Boardwalk - tranquil setting by the water

The Boardwalk at Lake Conjola is a great holiday cottage with water access in the backyard. Here you can fish, go canoeing or just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The spacious rear deck boasts a four burner gas BBQ, a very unique glass topped canoe dining table, digital TV and plenty of seating and a very comfortable daybed for an afternoon snooze after a day at the beach.

This area is linked to what we call "The Pavilion," by our boardwalk and here you enjoy a morning cuppa in the sun or a champagne in the afternoon taking in the sunset whilst the fish jump and the ducks swim by waiting for you to feed them. It is also nice to see kayakers and paddle boarders pass by. Let's hope you brought your fishing rod because it's great fun fishing from the jetty at the waters edge.

Under the Pavilion there is a 3m two person canoe for you to paddle from your own backyard all the way into the main lake if you wish and we also have some small size safety vests for you to use, but please bring your own.
We also make available 3 kayaks for your use.
You are surrounded by gardens of native shrubs and various other foliage where the birds frolic and beg you for a "bickie" or two, there are always plenty of rosellas and king parrots waiting for a treat.

That's outside, now lets go inside to the comfort of reverse cycle air conditioning, spacious well appointed kitchen, dining area, lounge room and three very generous size bedrooms.

Firstly the kitchen where you have a very modern Induction Cook Top, oven, microwave, electric stainless steel frying pan, toaster and jug, sandwich press, coffee machine, adequate supply of quality cutlery and crockery as well as all the utensils you could possibly wish for. There is also a dishwasher (no not your husband, an LG.).

All three bedrooms have a ceiling fan and each bedroom is tastefully furnished with a coastal theme.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a TV, the other two bedrooms have double beds. Quilts & pillows with protectors are provided but we don't supply linen.
PLEASE bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.

The bathroom has a bath and separate shower, separate toilet and separate vanity area.

The dining area and lounge room are again decorated with a coastal theme with a Digital TV and DVD player.
FOXTEL IS ON THE MAIN TV IN LOUNGE ROOM.

There are two very character filled sunrooms that are an ideal place to relax with a book, again another glass of champagne or a fine red, your choice, somewhere to contemplate what tomorrow might bring--- shopping in historical Milton (Milton markets 1st Saturday of the month), a trip into Cupitt's Winery, Ulladulla Markets (2nd Sunday of the month), water skiing, a day at the beach, a trip to Mogo Zoo, only 45 mins to Batemans Bay, you may enjoy a game of bowls or a meal at our local Bowling Club or a coffee at our local Tilly and Mo Coffee Shop, but that's tomorrow let me rest, but wait is that a fish on my line!!!

Sorry we don't allow any pets but the local wildlife will keep you entertained.

Please note that there is a audio/video recording camera installed above our garage door facing down the driveway away from the house.
There are NO areas inside the house or the back yard and decks under surveillance.
