The Heart of the Valley home (half of a duplex) takes it's namesake from it's pristine views of the Yampa Valley and convenient location.

This beautiful four level home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features an open and airy living area with a gas fireplace and spectacular views of the valley. Off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bar for four, two islands and a gas stove. On either side of the kitchen you will find a dining area. There is enough room for 16 people at the next family feast, including the bar. On the same level you will find bedroom 3, views of Emerald Mountain and access to the deck. There is also a private hot tub located on the deck.

Bedroom 2 is on the third level and has private bathroom. The primary bedroom is on the top level and has a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and amazing views.

The lower level features another large living area with it's own gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and surround sound. Bedroom 3 is also located on this level.

Family-friendly house

Great for families! Big downstairs good for kids to have space to play away from the main room. We had a great week and would love to go back!

Steamboat Springs Heart of the Valley

Stayed here for a weekend for friends Bachelor/Bachelorette party weekend. Was in a nice neighborhood decently located within about 30min of everything we had planned! Very clean and comfortable would recommend to others.

Awesome Steamboat getaway

This is a great house - clean, great layout - perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked. And the location is awesome - a shuttle is provided and it’s a 3 min ride to the slopes ! Very easy to use app. With young children that shuttle made it easy to come and go to the slopes. We didn’t need anything during our stay but great communication for the questions we had prior to arrival. Great hot tub for post skiing - Just a really great house !

Fantastic Property

This property is great, super close to the mountain, and the shuttle service was practically instant to get us up and back. The house had beautiful view and all the accouterments we could want. We did have a little trouble with the hot tub, and left 3 messages with the maintenance staff and no one ever called us back. Luckily my brother in law was able to fix it. Otherwise it was the perfect place and we would definitely stay again.

It is “the Heart”

We loved this house! Great location, well appointed kitchen , plenty of space for groups to do different things or all be together! Space for ski gear was a plus too Only thing we needed was more or bigger trash cans to contain our masses of recycling and trash, and a modern, working TV on the lower level. The house was very clean, comfortable and well managed. The day we got snow a team come by and shoveled around cars, sidewalks, deck and path to the hot tub. Super appreciated. The shuttle was also a huge asset. It lived up to the name as “the Heart of the Valley” we loved it.

Hot tub needed service, otherwise great!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very comfortable. The only real complaint is that the hot tub needed service, and by the time we called on Sunday morning we found out the company that maintains hot tubs is closed on Sundays. They did a great job servicing the hot tub on Monday, but it should have been like that when we arrived. The only other issues were that it was difficult to get the bedroom above the garage to be warm enough, two of the four slots in the toaster didn't work, there weren't enough (any?) kitchen towels, and the toilet paper is unnecessarily thin for such a nice place.

Great Weekend

This house made for a great weekend with a group of old college friends. The hot tub was amazing and the front desk was extremely prompt to respond to any questions. We made full use of the kitchen which came well stocked. Echoing some other comments - we assumed we could just grab a shuttle (they're currently using VIP shuttles) at the end of the day and they'd be able to take us back home. Unlike other properties we've stayed at, this was definitely not the case so make sure to call for a shuttle pickup otherwise the drivers will not take you. On the bright side, the house is a pretty quick walk downhill from the base. (~10 minutes with ski gear)

Great location and family friendly

This property is great for families with older children. It has lots of space and great view of the ski mountain!! Close to everything too.

Awesome Place for Group

We were a group of 3 couples and we stayed in Steamboat for 4 days in December 2020. The house was even better than the pictures! It was perfect for our group. We had to cook all of our meals due to Covid restrictions but this was no problem because the house contained everything we needed. Each room had it's own bathroom and was located on a separate floor. We loved the hot tub, too! The property managers were easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect for weekend stay

Great house! Perfect size for three families.

The house was much bigger than we anticipated. There are multiple levels, so be prepared for lots of stairs. We loved how the kids had their own level downstairs and the adults had the second living area. Kitchen was very well stocked. On Friday, the shuttle picked us up within 3 minutes of our call. Saturday was very frustrating trying to get the shuttle at 4:00 after the ski slopes closed. We stood for 25 minutes and asked 3 different VIP shuttles about taking us. None said they were ours. Finally, a very nice driver just told us he would take us. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely rent this property again.
