Welcome to affordable luxury in Osoyoos at the coveted Osoyoos Cottages! The premiere stay in all of the South Okanagan! With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open concept living and located steps away from the the communities two seasonal pools and year round hot tub, this is the ideal spot for your family. The private beach and marina are just a 2 min stroll along the lit, manicured walkways, where you can soak up the sun!

We promise your stay will exceed your expectations and leave you wanting to return. Our family absolutely loves it here and have memories to last a life time!

The space:
Tastefully appointed and fully outfitted home with a private patio and a screened SUNROOM to enjoy. Books and games! Beach and yard toys supplied, as well as a cooler and chairs to take to the beach.

Enjoy the patio and sunroom at the end of your day while your kids play within view. This cottage is in a prime meadow location with lots of field space around and less neighbours.

Good value, great location. Close to rec complex and beach. Very responsive host, although they make you sign additional contract after booking. We enjoyed the stay, would have been 5 stars but there were mice (mostly in the outdoors space) and had one of my shoes and a bag chewed up. Still would recommend the stay

Hi Johnny! I’m very sorry you were not able to substantiate your claim of rodents, and a dead baby mouse inside your luggage when you got home. I myself was at the home before and after your stay, and have video evidence of the home from the cleaners before and after your stay. Nowhere can it be proven that there is a rodent issue in the home and none of our other guests saw evidence as you claim. Terribly sorry you were unable to claim a refund as you had hoped. We hope you have a good summer anyway. All the best!

Delightful and location was great.The cottage was so inviting and well set up. We loved it and the screened in porch. It was spacious and clean. Melissa was a super host to work with and communication was great. Would rent again. It was a wonderful cottage and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for Family getaway

Melissa was lovely to deal with from start to finish. Home is perfectly set up for a large family. Loved how close the cottage is to the swimming pool/workout space. Really enjoyed our visit and plan to go back.

Triathalon weekend

We had a great stay at Melissa’s place. The complex was perfect for our stay- great for small kids and adults alike. We really enjoyed the outdoor enclosed dining area and this specific weekend was very quiet around the complex. Lots of wildlife to be seen and beautiful walking paths down by the beach. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic week in Osoyoos!

We had a fantastic week at the Cottages in Osoyoos. The property is perfect for families. This cottage in particular is really close to the clubhouse where the pool is and a short walk down the the beach. The beach has a great area for swimming. We enjoyed the wineries in Oliver and had a lovely dinner at Stinebiaf winery. Melissa, our hostess, was very great at communicating with us before and during our troop. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is perfect, a great balance of quiet and peaceful and still close enough to town! There are also some great amenities that you are able to use while you’re there! We loved that the beach was close by as well! Melissa was so easy to work with and her communication was great! The Cottages on Osoyoos lake is the nicest, most private, exclusive resort in all of Osoyoos. The community is fantastic, with over 1/2 of the homes being used for vacation renters just like you. The drive in is absolutely breathtaking, and the quiet and privacy are unmatched. If you are looking for peace and beauty away from the crowds in town, this is where you'll want to be. There's no place like it in the Okanagan. Trust us! We've looked for over 30 years.

The Cottages boast the nicest beach on the lake. 500 ft of private, manicured white sand, with a volleyball court, swim dock, play ground, and fire pits you won't find another like it in Osoyoos.

You will have exclusive access to the club house, gym, two pools and two hot tubs (for kids and adults), children's playgrounds, and kilometers of lit walking trails, there is no other stay in Osoyoos like it.

We also have a private marina for your water craft, with boat slip #41 available for your use. Keep your boat a 3 minute walk from your cottage for endless summer fun!
