This immaculate 1600 sq ft Townhouse just steps away from Canadas Warmest Lake is just what you need!! Enjoy a day on the water, relax on a Private Beach, read a book poolside or have a soothing Hot Tub and if you love wine..take a wine tour at one of the 40 Plus Wineries within minutes. After all, this is Canada’s Napa Valley and only Desert!!! If you want the thrill of high speed racing and Go Karts, Area 27 is a short drive away for all of the vehicle enthusiasts. This spacious townhome has it all including a single garage for your vehicle, paddle boards, and it even has built in bike hangers. There are two private parking spots (one in the garage and one numbered spot #113)!!!

It sleeps 6-7 comfortably and speaking of comfort, the Geo Thermal Heat Pump with air conditioning makes for a nice break from the sun!! And there is High Speed Wifi to keep everyone connected!! Have a glass of wine on the patio watching the boat traffic while you watch someone use Natural Gas Weber BBQ!! Eating in makes so much sense at the lake. The Lakehouse has all the trappings of home. Enjoy the evenings on your private patio overlooking the lake and your morning coffee never tasted so good sitting on your private deck that also looks over the lake. Bring your boat, enjoy the private dock, and have the best vacation ever!!

Fantastic Place!

Will definitely be coming back! Great place for 5 moms to enjoy a weekend away. Clean place with lots of amenities. Loved the hot tub and beach access and proximity to town. So wonderful, so relaxing.

Perfect location, right across from the private beach, close to shops and restaurants but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. Lots of room for our whole family and we loved being able to BBQ each evening on the patio. Michael was easy to communicate with and quickly provided answers to our questions.

Fantastic property with all amenities one could need! Private beach opposite the road, little back patio and balcony to watch life go by, easy parking. Walking distance to town, but if one decides to drive, I found parking to be plentiful downtown, so never an issue (my mom is older; so we drove in). Cannot wait to visit again.
Safe to leave floaties and boards outside, but you could also just drag it back to the garage if you wish

Relaxing and Fun Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay for a fun Girls Weekend! The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The location is fabulous with a winery a few doors down, an easy walk to town, and the beach across the street. We hope to do this again next year!
