This affordable, pet-friendly condo is located in the popular Nepenthe Complex in the heart of Sedona. Great value for money in a prime Sedona location!

You’ll find everything you need in this well-appointed 829-square-foot condo! The living space is cozy and comfortable with a southwestern flair throughout, a flat-screen TV for movie nights, and a gas fireplace for chillier evenings. Relax in front of the cozy fireplace, whip up a hearty meal in the compact yet well-equipped kitchen or go outside to your private patio for a BBQ under the stars.

This Nepenthe condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A comfortable night’s sleep in this cozy Sedona home-away-from-home.

The Nepenthe Complex is one of the most friendly, inviting, and scenic complexes in West Sedona and boasts great amenities with a seasonal community pool and hot tub and beautifully landscaped grounds throughout. The Pool and Spa community area are monitored by video cameras.

Absolutely perfect location to explore Sedona and surrounding areas. Clean and cozy. Exactly as the listing shows. Nice amount of space for me, my husband, and two boys.
Community pool is not heated year round - we went in Feb and pool temp was low 60’s but the hot tub was HOT and well maintained!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this condo in Sedona. It has a great location, particularly if you are a hiker, and is well equipped. It was great having a carport and garage for our car and for our friends who visited. The host was very responsive when we called about a stopped up bathtub drain. The kitchen could use a grater and a one cup measure, but otherwise had everything we needed.

The management company's check-in instructions were clear and delivered well in advance to our arrival. Located on the western side of Sedona, the condo unit was clean, quiet, well-equipped, and cutely decorated---but, if you come to Sedona, you should really spend most of your time outside! :) There's a Safeway grocery store just up the main street, which we found to be very convenient, and there are tons of restaurants in the surrounding area. We would totally stay here again the next time we visit.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was warm and inviting. It had all of the accommodations we needed. The location was in the center of Sedona but in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We definitely will want to stay there again when we come back.

Perfect for family of 4

Our Nepenthe 2 bedroom was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 young kids during our week stay in Sedona. The place was clean, quiet, surprisingly spacious, nice amenities, and the perfect location to easily get to all the places we planned. Highly recommend, especially for families with young children.
