Conveniently located in a great area close to amenities with a beautiful lake and walking paths. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries and more than helpful with any questions we may have had. The balcony was another great addition. This location will be our first choice the next time we visit.

Great location and well equipped unit. We really enjoyed are stay. The unit was quiet despite being on a fairly busy street. There is conversation from the restaurant on the ground floor but it was not bothersome. There is only one HVAC unit in the living room. The bedroom has a fan. We were staying there in mid September and it was not super hot. We would stay again

Location was excellent, particularly as we didn’t have a vehicle. We were able to walk everywhere. Close to beach and shops/restaurants. Apartment was very well appointed, bed was so comfortable and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony.

The perfect place to enjoy Penticton! Our family of three booked this wonderful apartment for a 4 day stay and it was even better than we imagined. Incredible location right off the lake with everything outside your door. Host Brook was helpful and incredibly fast to respond to any question. The place is set up with everything you need from beach towels to bath products. We've already booked next year's stay. Thanks, Brook!

Amazing Stay

Brook was so accommodating to our family, excellent communication. location is right by the beach and in heart of town where everywhere was walkable. Good secure safe property and parkingAC worked well, bed was comfortable, place was spotlessly cleaned. Would love to stay here again if we return to Penticton!

Great stay in every way.

Above all Brook was by far the most communicative and helpful person we have ever dealt with at VRBO.We found the location to be ideal for walking near the lake as you can easily access the east walkway which is quieter and actually more pleasant than the usually busy walkway west of Winnipeg St. And of course closer to Main st. with easier access to Naramada.The space is quite surprising at 800 sq ft providing an open and delightful kitchen/dining /entertainment area.Great stay.

Excellent Property & Location

Condo was spacious with wonderful deck, views and living space. Brook was excellent to deal with. Check in and out was easy. Location is perfect in walking distance to so many sights and shops downtown. We will definitely stay here again!

The Air B&B was very clean and had almost everything you want. Brook was Amazing. answered all our questions. had gave some some great tips for the area. Great Japanese Restaurant KOYA was right below the place. would recommend staying here again anytime.

Perfect location

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The check in process was so smooth. We loved the parking, the location and the setup of the unit itself. We will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

This little gem near the lake was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to the farmers market, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop. The condo was clean and comfortable. And also a very secure property.

This place is nearly brand new. It has a roomy living area. We stayed for Ironman Canada and it was so close to the race venue. Also great coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Parking spot in the building, just wish it had EV charging, but Tesla supercharger is 1.4k away. Host was very responsive. Had a great patio space for dining with a view of the lake. Worked out great for us.

Awesome apartment

Great location, very well kept, easy access. Lots of amenities; beach towels, extra towels, laundry, stocked kitchen with cookware, WiFi, AC. would book again for sure.
