While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. Great for a last minute getaway or rent all six villas for a larger group. Please note that due to lack of storage space this unit does not come with beach chairs or a beach wagon. A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are NOT permitted in this property.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
