A very quiet building.

Location:

A 3 minute drive to the Scandinavian Spa! A 3 minute drive to Blue Mountain ski resort! 7 minute drive into Collingwood or Thornbury where there is shopping, bars/pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

Walking distance to a public beach.

Georgian trail right out back for hiking, cycling, cross country skiing, etc. A 10 minute walk down the trail is a cute little coffee shop, convenience store and LCBO.

Other things to note:
The condo unit is only heated by a gas fire place that is regulated by a thermostat. This heating method is used year round and is quiet comfortable.

Air conditioner only available July & August upon request with an additional fee upfront. Fans available year round.

A 10% discount is added to the nightly price when staying for 30+ days (this will automatically calculate after dates are entered in).

No smoking in the condo unit or on the balcony. This rule applies to the entire condo building.

The condo unit is on the second floor. There is no elevator in the building.

There is laundry on site at a small fee.

- Cleaning products will be provided by the host. Guests will be asked to clean and sanitize often and when necessary throughout the duration of their stay. The host will then do a thorough cleaning of the condo unit following the guidelines set out by Air BnB regarding preventing the spread of Covid19. Please visit the link at the bottom to see details.
- Guests are asked to kindly only allow the one family/couple renting the condo into the space.
- Check in: guests will check in via lock box due to covid19.
