Casually elegant decor and open concept floor plan includes 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 full with 1 half bath rooms and features all the comforts of home including an amazing roomy full size kitchen with many upgrades. Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs and WiFi. Exceptional Clubhouse offers an amazing pool, fitness center and tennis courts! (Limit of 8 recreation passes) The kids will love the catch and release fishing in community ponds. Perfect location convenient to lots of restaurants, tax free shopping and only just a short 5-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Bethany Beach. All this makes for a perfect summer beach vacation where you will be sure to create those special family memories! Dog Friendly 1 Max under 50lbs $250 Pet Fee
