Great location! Great location!

The condo could you some updates but, it was clean and in a wonderful location. The view was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay .

Dirty and outdated

Ants in the kitchen and bath; someone’s old fitted sheet still attached to bottom of the bed; sand in the refrigerator; closet doors off the hinges and stacked against the wall; blinds to rooms were torn apart and we had to put a pillow in its place to prevent people from seeing in; obvious water leaks and mold in bedroom; outside furniture dirty; unit was horribly maintained. No pride of ownership. We have stayed in other units in the building for the past 7 years with no issues. Will not be leasing this one or using Holiday Real Estate as we didn’t feel like they cared.

Great location

Condo in person looked better than listing. Loved the large balcony. Beds could use updating and fans in the rooms. Bedrooms were stuffy and warm at night. Was nice being next to the elevator. Nice place to stay and great location.

Inattentive Property Management

We rented the Bay Princess unit after viewing a previous review stating that the property was clean, but needed updating. When we arrived, it was obvious that there was recently a leak with the water heater. The doors that hid the wager heater were removed and left in the master bedroom, leaning against the wall. We also noticed that the doors that were supposed to hide the laundry section could not close. We also noticed that the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, as were the curtains. When we sent an email to the rental company expressing our disappointment in the unit, they never responded. We did however see the property maintenance person arrive on our final day to hang the doors. He was very nice, but did not represent the rental company. The rental company clearly does not value their customers. The property itself (the Bay Princess) cared for the exterior property very well. The condo association obviously takes pride in the property. I can’t say the same for Holiday Rentals.
