The palette of Sea La Vie L510 features a soothing mix of blue tones and light neutrals. In theming L510 we took our inspiration from the original painting in the dining alcove created by renowned artist Stephanie Sachs. Visit L510 and you'll feel like you are living above the clouds with a dreamy seascape and furnishings that provide comforting, lush, and soft surroundings.

Within this residence, there are two private bedroom suites (King, King), and two full bathrooms, each with a tub and shower, with approx. 1,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Off the great room is a bonus den room outfitted with queen bed, side chair, and sliding privacy walls so as to double as a third bedroom. Large state-of-art flat panel televisions are in every room, each cleanly wall-mounted with all wiring hidden in the walls, an HD digital channel selection, Netflix, Apple TV, and other enhancements.

- Please be advised that a scheduled renovation is taking place in Villa K308. This villa is located one building away from our villa L510. The remodel is underway with an estimated completion date of November 21, 2025. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures in the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, as well as repainting throughout the unit. Work that produces noise may only take place weekdays from 9am to about 4:00pm, excluding holidays.

The latest information provided by resort management as of July 8 is as follows: "Tile setting is currently underway and will continue with periodic cutting each day (Monday-Friday) for the next 3-4 weeks with doors and windows closed. A container of cabinetry is scheduled to be delivered at the end of July. Unloading will take approximately 4-6 hours. Cabinetry installation and finish carpentry will begin shortly after the cabinetry arrives."

Please note that construction activity may cause intermittent noise at any time during standard work hours while the project is taking place.
- This is a 2 bedroom villa with a 3rd sleeping area in the enclose-able den/alcove located off of the living room.
- Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- Please expect ambient audible living sounds including twilight luau entertainment from neighboring resorts, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
