Spacious 3 bedroom 1st floor apartment tastefully renovated right in the heart of Crescent Head.

Fully equipped designer kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and glass cook top. Recliner chairs to the living area with large flat-screen TV opening out to your own private balcony facing north east. Full size bathroom with quality fixtures and fittings and luxury size bathtub. 
Internal laundry and carport included, so leave the car at home and enjoy the easy level walk to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. 
Sleeps 6 with quality bedding and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. Travel light as the apartment provides an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Quiet building with common area including fenced yard, picnic tables and barbecue. 

All linen and towels supplied which means you don't have to worry about bringing extra or paying for linen, it is included within our tariff - however, don't forget to bring your own beach towels.

A wonderful, carefree summer holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time in unit 8. It has been thoughtfully set up and renovated to suit a beachside holiday. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry were well equipped and it great condition.Beds were very comfortable, and the house was exceptionally clean. We didn’t need the car for our entire week, the shops and beach are an easy 5 min walk.We’ll be back.

Misleading

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Main stay 8 is in a fantastic location, it is a generously sized unit for those with children. However, the unit really needs a deep clean. There was mouse trap in the kitchen cupboard, dead cockroaches in the kitchen and mouldy items in the bedroom wardrobes. Upon arrival, the dishwasher wasn’t working. We advised elders the following day and were asked to clean the filter and try a few troubleshooting things to get it working. After these attempts failed, we were advised that someone would come and fix the dishwasher. There is a large hole in the middle of the couch that you can’t comfortably sit on, no soap anywhere in the unit and the bathroom drains are incredibly slow to drain, the basin fills up as soon as you turn the tap on. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Crescent Head stay

Vey nice place to stay, very modern and clean and loved the Kitchen Great location . A short walk to the beach, shops and club for dinner. Good value place to stay for such a modern unit. Think that the 9am 4pm check in/out is a pain. I went to the country club to collect the keys but they were still at the real estate agents.
