The huge balcony soaked up the sun for most of the day while the we took in the 180 degree views of the township, beach and point. The house is very comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location - close to the shops, pub, club, beach, tennis courts etc etc, and the walk back up the hill is great for fitness. Plenty of parking. Can highly recommend.

This house has a fabulous view but it is quite a serious walk up the hill. It would be much more comfortable if ceiling fans were installed (an easy job with minimal work-using a remote control) in the lounge, dining and the bedrooms. The balcony doors are in urgent need of adjusting and or lubrications.

Excellent views of a beautiful beach

We have stayed here many times and love the view and the Indonesian day bed on the balcony for reading and afternoon sleeps. However the bedrooms need ceiling fans and the beds are not comfortable and need to be replaced/upgraded

I have booked this place many times. BBQ jets needed full clean. The outside has been painted but inside looking very tired. Needs a garden hose for car cleaning. A sharp knife would not go astray.

Needs complete reno

We stay as a group at Crescent every year for a week fishing and surfing. We have rented this premise before some years ago but will not again. I gave a list of faults to the agent and to their credit(lights,TV) were fixed promptly. Other Problems: Possums in the roof very noisy,interior walls are filthy, deck insecure and needs replacing, BBQ no ignition and jets blocked,dripping taps, foam mattress on lower bunk bed worn out, Vacuum cleaner little suction hose repaired with tape,washing machine leaks, front door passage lock faulty ,Microwave is minimum size. No garden hose to wash down gear Overall for the rental price I would not recommend it.
