Beach House 1

... Is a great house perfectly situated in Crescent Head. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, pub & clubs and headland walks, there's plenty of room to spread out to enjoy the open living area and deck. Very clean and well presented.

Beach Club 1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in a great location and Elders were great. The property needs some TLC. The Glass doors and windows leading to the balcony were filthy. Screen doors missing on one door and broken on the other. There is a sewerage smell downstairs. The lounge cushions need to be replaced. Dripping Tap on the bath.

Suggested improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay but wanted to make mention of a few things that could be improved on. We had a big problem with ants in the kitchen/pantry and dishwasher. The bedding wasn't great and in need of thicker doonas especially for downstairs and a lot of the blankets were old and stained. Gas hotplate wasn't great to cook on so might need a service. The Teflon frying pans were very hard to clean as I think the coating is no longer doing what its supposed to do ie no longer nonstick. Vacuum wouldn't pick up fluff on the carpet but was ok on the hard floors. We have booked for next year even though the rent rise is considerable so we would hope that the improvements we have suggested will be considered.
