This house and its location were exactly what we needed for our daughter's Asbury wedding, It was well furnished and pretty well stocked. We needed use of every space and were thankful it met those needs and enjoyed the charm of it. We had so many things that had to be worked on for the rehearsal and wedding and being so close to town was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!!!

We loved the house and where it was located. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only problem we had was the kitchen table. It was too high and very hard for older people to climb up on the bench and sit comfortably. Everybody ended up standing and eating. We would rent it again, but I hope they put a different table in the kitchen.

This house is really fabulous. We've been here before and enjoyed each time. We stay in Wilmore but we are aware how close it is to the horse track and Lexington. We hope it's available next time we get together!

Great Graduation Celebration Home

Rolling hills, deck to dine outside, front porch swing to rock the newest member of the family and catch up with family. Kitchen was perfectly adequate, rooms were cozy. We were very pleased and thankful to have such a lovely home tucked away from Lexington’s bustle, but close enough to see my son graduate college at Rupp. We walk away with a ton of images and memories and are so grateful.

Just right!

This house has all the character that I love and all the functionality that I love. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the rest of the house is charming! Neighbors have horses. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hard to find a house with a king size bed which is must for my husband and they had extra blankets. Just needed an extra fan to make some background noise.

Great place to relax and enjoy your company

The front porch is absolutely amazing! There is a good bit of traffic going by but we spent hours out there visiting and just relaxing.

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for our group of eight. We were attending a conference at Asbury University down the road and the location of this house was perfect! We had plenty of room and enjoyed our evenings on the porch watching the many fire flies light up the night!

Place to stay for family funeral nearby.

Met our needs. Kuerig needs repair. Water in basement, but due to torrential rains could be expected. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Variety of room sizes and beds worked great, especially bunk beds for kids.

Great place for a group

We had a group the area traveling to various Bourbon distilleries. It was a nice place to relax and unwind between the tastings.
