**SPACIOUS 3 BEDROOM****Tucked away in a quiet street this apartment is only one of three in the complex and offers multiple living options over three levels.

Available from now at min 3-month stay
Enter through the front door and walk up a set of stairs to the top level to admire the amazing view of the Cleveland Bay coastline with Magnetic Island in the background.
This level is expansive with a large kitchen/dining, huge bar and living room with sliding doors out to the balcony.
The tropical pool and gardens are so tranquil you will forget how close you are to the city!
The apartment is very well appointed with free unlimited WIFI and all of the mod-cons. Perfect for a group or family alike.
Only minutes walk to The Strand, City Centre, Jazzine Barracks Parklands, Cafe's, Bar's and everything this region has to offer.

Great little property and enough space to make quarantine just about bearable for 14 days!!

Would definitely recommend this property.

Unit 2 Belgian Gardens Townsville

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good things- bed very comfortable, en-suite, and walk in robe were great, well equipped, good view, quiet, only 10mins to most attractions. Great washer, dryer. Parking space at the door.Not so good - did not have any contact with managing company - disappointing, no hair dryer, not enough toilet paper, no good if you have difficulty with stairs. There are 3 bedrooms but we only used one. It is an older style unit but was suitable for 2 weeks holiday. Would recommend to other travelers.

I own one of my own properties and host on behalf of other lovely property owners, and I enjoy helping them achieve their financial goals and ensuring all guests delight in their holiday experience. I operate my established short-term holiday letting business, “Holiday Hosting”, to provide premier accommodation to those visiting Queensland.
I have obtained my full real estate license (Certificate IV in Property Services-Real Estate).
