The space
A fantastic base for any Townsville stay with plenty of space! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit has a front patio that overlooks the resort style pool. Beautiful presented and well equipped this unit is close to everything! Directly across the road is the Sea link Ferry Terminal - The gateway to Magnetic Island. A short stroll to The Ville casino resort and all of the restaurants and amenities on offer. Stroll in the other direction and you won't go far to reach The Strand, The Marina and Anzac Park, Tobruk Memorial Pool and The Waterpark. You can venture on the strand walk and go as far as the spectacular Pallarenda Beach at one end and the Marina at the other, enjoying spectacular views of Magnetic Island as you wander. This apartment is perfect for a family or group getaway.

Your open plan liviong allows for either indoor or outdoor dining overlooking the pool. The master bedroom also opens onto the pool and features an ensuite with bath. Your other bedrooms are tucked away at the rear of the apartment with easy access to the second bathroom.

We have stayed at many holiday apartments over the years & they usually leave you with one dishwashing tablet, no detergent, no bin liners etc. Not this place. There was ample supply of everything we needed. It was remarkably quiet also and we were grateful for the perfect location.

The location is great. We enjoyed being able to walk along the Strand each morning and easy access to many restaurants and cafes. We even walked from the Stadium to the apartment after a Cowboys game. Easy access to the pool was fantastic. Our kids swam every day and pool wasn't busy at all. We entertained family using the BBQ and the additional seating and kitchen amenities came in very handy during those times. The ferry terminal to Maggie Island is right across the road which was great for us to take a day trip to the Island. I would highly recommend this apartment for any family wanting easy access to all the great things Townsville has to offer. Brandi and the staff at Holliday Housing were very professional, friendly and helpful. I made this reservation from the USA and all the logistics went very smoothly. Thank you for a great stay!!

Wonderfully appointed from the lovely styling to all the added extras, too many to list. Just bring your suitcase. The unit was very clean and in good condition. Great communication with Brandi and Catherine, kept in regular contact, pleasant, friendly and professional, with a quick response to any queries or requests. One of the best units we have stayed in and perfect for our requirements.
