Living area-Dining and Kitchen combination with wrap-a-round sliding doors and windows...light and bright!
Master Bedroom offers a King size bed and bath. Tub/shower combination.
Guest bedroom has two twin beds and one twin trundle. Guest bath has a tub shower combination.

Love location

I usually stay each year on the top floors for the last 20 years this was the first time on the bottom floor and I loved it hope to start staying here each year thank you again for a beautiful vacation

Very nice condo in a gated community, everything was above my expectations. Loved the close proximity to the beach in particular.

Worth the Stay

The location was wonderful. The check in was easy and security was good. The facility itself was a bit dated and could use some remodeling. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great location, great vacation

The property was as advertised. Nicely decorated and appointed. Met all our needs including beach chairs and accessories. We all enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. Will consider staying there again next time we visit Marco Island.

Nice Place to Just Get a Way

This property is very nicely appointed and gives its guests some peace and quiet that you cannot get on a busy commercial street location! Great pool area (closes a bit too early). Only issue was that the actual beach/ocean area is quite a hike (2000 + steps) - on a hot day it can seem like quite a trek.

The pool was convenient. Nice walk to the beach with many shells to check out.

We loved the first floor with direct access to the grounds via our spiral stairs. Very quiet property with various ages using the facilities. Having a self contained washer/dryer wash convenient.

Fabulous condo

Great stay at this wonderful property. The condo is very roomy and had ample closet, dresser and bathroom space. Also had a wide variety of beach ware. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Liked being on the first floor with direct access to pool and beach (although it is a bit of a walk, but great exercise). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend this condo!

Marco Island dream

This 1st floor corner unit condo exceeded our expectations! It was in a wonderful location for getting to the beach and the pool. The beach is huge, so it is a fairly long walk. Many eating places are within walking distance. Doreen’s Cup of Joe was really close and our personal favorite breakfast place. The condo must’ve been fairly recently renovated. It is just beautiful! Everything that you need for the beach is right there including nice beach towels. Plus lots of kitchen items. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in the South Seas several times before. This was by far the best experience We were concerned with the first floor location but as it turned out it made life so much easier. PLUS the washer and dryer in the unit was an added treat. We have already booked this unit for a future date

Beach Vacation

We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Everything went smoothly, the condo was very clean, bright, and quiet. All the beach accessories were so nice and plenty of beach towels. We walked the .4 mile to the beach almost everyday. It was a bit of a hike in the heat, but a great beach with plenty of space, white sand, and a beautiful ocean to swim in. Plenty of shops, restaurants, & grocery stores near by. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Beautiful Location

The condo unit was very quiet & very convenient (as there was no need to take the elevator. The unit is outdated, and needs better beach equipment. The unit needs a new coffee maker too, and the air conditioner needs to be serviced.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this Marco Island property. The best part about it was how spacious it was. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. The location was great too. It was a far trek to the beach but that seems to be the case for everyone (the beaches are huge - we called it the Sahara Desert). The beach was lovely though and not too crowded, warm water, and white sand. Lots of amenities in the property as well: a beach bag, ample beach gear, towels, etc. The showers were the only not so great thing - none of the sinks or tubs drained well. Otherwise, we though it was great!

GENERALLY SATISFIED

THE UNIT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION BUT THE BATHROOMS NEED UPDATING. THE AREA RUGS IN THE BATHROOMS WERE OLD AND DIRTY. THE METAL CHAIR IN THE MASTER BATHROOM WAS ALL CHIPPED AND OLD.THE DISHWASHER WAS NOT WORKING. THERE IS A VERY NICE POOL AND BEACH. BUT THE UNIT IS A LONG WALK TO THE BEACH/OCEAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE UNIT. IT IS A GOOD SIZE FOR 2-4 PEOPLE. MARCO ISLAND IS BEAUTIFUL.

The property was beautiful our condo very nicely furnished. Kitchen was VERY small and very hot I guess from the refrigerator motor.The bathrooms need updated. no ceiling fans except in kitchen. Biggest complaint was the fact it is bottom floor condo but they DID NOT MENTION you have a flight of seven steps you have to climb to get to your room which makes it very difficult getting your things unloaded and into the room

Unit was great. 10 minute walk to beach.

A very well-stocked unit for beach stuff, dishes, pillows etc etc. It is around a 10-minute walk to the beach but you are walking on beach sand the whole way so not too shabby. If you are looking for negatives, and they are slight, it would be that A) I didn't consider the island bike friendly so I would hesitate on renting bikes, B) the grills are not propane and near a designated smoking area farther away than the dumpsters so don't plan on grilling and C) We were not allowed to check in until 4 on Saturday but told to go to register at the office within 24 hours...impossible as they are not open (but no one really worries about it). The pool is fine and the staff were from ok to great. Nice area and decent resteraunts.

Overall, it is a great property. Cleaning was marginal (kitchen floor and bathtubs needed work) Notes from listing: Kitchen is really in need of updating. Fixtures and appliances are builder grade, circa 1990. Bathrooms also in need of updating with builder grade fixtures circa 1990. Ocean view? Not really. Cannot see the ocean at all. Location on the listing map shows building Three, but this unit is in building Four and has no beachfront nor ocean view. Tigertail Beach7 min walk. This is accurate if you can walk ¾ mile in 7 min. Adorable first floor- front wrap- walk-out condo. True Adorable first floor- front wrap- walk-out condo....on the Beach. NOT true!! This unique first floor condo is like being in a house on the beachfront!, NOT true, see above.

Amazing Condo with Great Amenities

The condo is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in along the Gulf Coast. The condo is exceptionally clean, updated with beautiful floors, large fridge, new dishwasher, and a ceiling fan in the kitchen space. The washer and dryer are extra large which was great. The condo has all toys, umbrellas, and a wagon to pull your needs to the beach. The beach is a little walk but easy with the wagon and great for collecting conch shells, sand dollars, and other shells. The condo is super quiet and was not busy during our stay which was nice plus the pool is close. There are multiple washing stations for shells, beach gear, and feet. The beach was never crowded, which was nice as you did not need to get to the beach super early for the front row as we arrived typically around 11 AM daily. Parking was fantastic as there are plenty of spots. The pool was well maintained and supervised by condo staff which kept it quiet and controlled. Well done! The balcony was nice for morning coffee and stargazing. The bedrooms had great blackout blinds, super comfy beds, and good spacing. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as Marco is a super chill island compared to other Gulf Islands. It is located near many amazing restaurants (Marco Brewery) with plenty of shops for ice cream and groceries. We did Instacart pickup @ Publix, which is a three minute drive. Cup of Joe for breakfast is amazing and Joeys Pizza is equally as great and both are in walking distance.

Great location

We LOVED our stay. There were towels & beach supplies and an easy walk to Tiger Tail. The apartment was great. The pool is very crowded, plan to go at an off time if you can. Lovely property, we would love to stay again!

Beach Condo

Cute condo with short walk to water. Loved being off the white sand beach. Lots of beach amenities such as towels, chairs, cart, etc.
