Just minutes away from one of Nashville’s most hip areas, 12 South, which is home to some of Nashville’s best restaurants. 12 South has everything you need, from morning coffee to boutique shopping to a fun night with the family or a date night with your significant other. This home offers the LOCATION you want to explore the fun that Nashville offers!

The estate is centered around the masterfully designed kitchen with pecky cypress accents. The ABOVE Nashville Chic Estate has 4 levels and a garage apartment, so there is plenty of space to spread out. This property is regularly set for 12 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 11 beds with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
