Hello Karen, thank you for your review. I regret to hear about the negative aspects and will inform the owner, as they may want to address these issues. I apologize for the cobwebs and dust; sometimes houses remain vacant, which could explain it. I had inspected it recently and did not notice these problems. It is an older house, but we would certainly like it to be comfortable for your stay. Once again, thank you. CHC

I sincerely apologise that the property was not clean, we do wish you had to let us know as we could have got the cleaners back to rectify this. A pest control was done recently so we will look into this also. Apologies again, we do hope this didn't stop you from having a nice holiday.
