Beautiful Property

The inside of this home is beautifully decorated. The lanai and pool area are amazing. As boaters, we enjoyed watching the boat activity behind the house on the canal.

We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. The pool area and lanai is absolutely outstanding. Loved the nautical theme inside and out. House is very nicely updated.

Relaxing Vacation

This was our first time visiting Marco Island. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area and pool. The house was in a great location and we walked to several restaurants for dinner or to the store. Also, enjoyed watching boat traffic at the marina that was across the canal. Also, got to enjoy seeing the burrowing owls that were right next door. The beach was just a short drive away and had lots of shells that our son loved to collect.

Gorgeous and very well thought out holiday home. Great decor and everything you could possibly want and more was provided. As lovely as the interior was we spent the majority of our time in the lanai and around the pool which gets the sun pretty much all day. With a huge pool, hot tub and numerous seating area and a tv what’s not to love! We had breakfast, lunch and bbq dinner out there most days. The house is well located with several grocery stores either walkable or a short drive, Tigertail beach is just a few minutes drive away, and the snook inn is also walkable. We spent many and hour looking for wildlife on the canal but didn’t see much other than birds. Possibly because the boat yard opposite the house produces quite a bit of marine traffic and noise. We personally quite enjoyed watching the boats coming and going (and the occasional incident!), but if you’re looking for peace and quiet it might not be for you. The house next door was also a construction site so we had some noise from that too, but I’m sure that will be short lived.The small issues we did have were quickly rectified by the property manager who was always quick to reply.
