The home's one-level living is wheelchair-friendly for mobility-challenged members. You'll love the electronic lock, making check-in and check-out a breeze as well as eliminating the needs for bulky and easy-to-misplace keys.

Privacy and Convenience
Parents will love the split bedroom plan, enjoying their own Primary Suite at one end of the home, with access to the shared lanai. Though they'll also appreciate how incredibly kid-friendly this property is, with beach toys and towels, board games, bicycles, cornhole, WiFi, and cable in the living room and master suite. There's even a garage and washer/dryer!

In addition to the primary suite with a king bed and private bath, the family has the choice of 3 other bedrooms, which share the hall bath.

Bedroom 2 boasts a king bed, bedroom 3 offers a full bed with a set of twin bunks (plus a trundle), and bedroom 4 has a king size bed. Plenty of room for everyone!

The range hood has a short on the light and the left side of the stove top burners needs a lighter to light, also the washer has a smell in it. The bikes need to be in good safe condition

Very beautiful, spacious, and clean home. The yard was so abundant with fruit trees and a variety of flowers. The community pool and tennis court is just a few feet away from backyard. Loved all the beach toys and gears that were provided. Took our keiki to ride scooter around the neighborhood with the beautiful Kauai mountains in the background. Came across very lovely neighbors whom, after us asking, let our keiki pick coconut, dragonfruit, and tangerines from their yard. We had a whole fruit bowl on the counter on our stay also with limes and oranges from the yard. The bedrooms were so spacious. We loved the double shower and huge master bathroom. Each room had its own AC unit, which was even more amazing. The home was stocked up with toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion,bath and beach towels, etc. Also alot of cleaning product, vacuum, broom, etc. Alot of boardgames for our Ohana to enjoy. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Excellent and quick communication with host as well. Our Ohana loved this home. Definitely planning to stay here again, next time we come up to Kauai.

WONDERFUL HOME - GREAT HOST

We loved our stay at this home in Kauai. It was a beautiful home with plenty of space to gather the whole family together for meals or hanging out. The pool was very nice. No one was ever there so it was like our private pool. We loved using the surfboards, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, and beach chairs. I would recommend this home if staying in Princeville. The host was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay.

Great House

House is on the golf course and right next to community pool and tennis courts which we could use as if they were our private amenities. 15 minute walk to the ocean, really better to have car and drive to Hanalei Bay or another beach close by. The only downside to the house is its a 2 instead of 3 bathroom for the 4 bedrooms. The house is fully stocked with beach toys, surf boards chairs, Masks flippers, etc. Made it easy not to have to go rent those items.

Great Rental

We really enjoyed our stay! What a great location. Easy access in Princeville. We walked to Hanaeli Bay Resort for dinner a few nights. The house was well stocked, spacious and just as described. We found a rotted grapefruit under the master bed which was a little strange. I would recommend that the TVs should be secured to the wall or console - it made me a little little nervous as the other family we were staying with had young children. I would also liked to have seen better quality blinds - especially for the two bedrooms that faced the lanai. There was no privacy for those two bedrooms if someone was sitting on the lanai. Overall - a great Rental. We would stay here again.

North Shore PRINCEVILLE Vaca

This home was awesome. Plenty of space for us. Each bedroom had its own ac so everyone was comfortable. The main area ac was broken(we were made aware of this the night before arrival) but we didn’t feel it effected our stay. The use of beach accessories was awesome. A few things that could use upgrading or looking at for the management company would be new blinds for the house and the freezer ice maker doesn’t work. Nonetheless it was awesome.

Amazing Location!

Beautiful, spacious home in the heart of Princeville! The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms beautiful; especially the huge master bathroom! Wow! The owners supply all accessories for an easy and fun stay; bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. etc. Walking distance to Happy Talk Lounge at HBR too! The community pool and tennis courts are steps away from the beautiful and private backyard and the neighborhood is quiet and upscale; perfect for our girls trip! Minutes from Hanalei this home is centrally located on the North Shore and the property management company was extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with! This is a fabulous home for families or friend trips! Mahalo!

Paradise

There were 23 of us celebratung my sons wedding in two condis and the house in princeville. The nicest place by far. There were 7 of us in the house. It was perfect. We played tennis, swam in the pool and feed the chickens that came to visit. Mostly we were gone all day and met up for dinner. We had so much fun no one wanted to go home after 10 days. It was wonderful. The nieghbors were very nice. Trashcans need to go across the street as the trash collectors only go one way now. Our hot water would not shut off in the guest shower and landlord took care if it right away and called the plumber. The front door was messed up by a former tenant and they had already ordered a new one from the mainland. No other problems during our stay. We had gotten all the kids and grandkids together to spread my husbands ashes over the napali coast. It was perfect. We had 10 days of sun and only one day of rain. Didnt slow us down at all. The house is beautiful andcomfortable with a great kitchen and the master bathroom is beautiful. Lots ofruit trees. Thank you for a wonderful week cant wait to come back. Been coming to KAUAI for 20+ years and grew up on Oahu. Been to all of the islands. Kauai is my favorite island by far and now it is the kids too.

Perfect for Families

Fantastic time at the house - lots of room and perfect for 2 families with active teens. Walking distance to beaches and nice community pool and tennis courts. Lots of extras to keep the kids busy. Property management company was was super helpful and great with their communication when getting a small issue resolved. Would stay here again!!

A perfect princeville property

We were blown away by the spacious and cleanliness of property. We hope to make this an annual tradition. The management group was quick to answer any questions and helped us have a very enjoyable stay. They provided all amenities needed for a great relaxing stay, the pool is so close and from certain places in the neighnorhood you could see Hanalei bay. The garage was a big hit for our littles who loved to race around on the scooters. We loved all the incredible fruit trees and made some lovely guacamole from the avocados. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family and friends to stay.

Easter Week Vacation

The house is amazing and has everything listed and more! This is a perfect house for an older family with grown children. Not for a family that has younger children or teenagers. The neighborhood is lovely but the neighbors, not so much. I have stayed in so many VRBO homes in the last 10 years with my children but the neighbors in this cul-de-sac are clearly NOT HAPPY about having a VRBO with children in "their" neighborhood. You are not allowed in the pool after 7pm and yelled at the children multiple times for being too loud-during daylight hours.....when they were just laughing and playing. No Canon balls, diving, jumping, the rules are posted and a bit ridiculous for people that have children. However, the adult, and very loud, party's that went on till after midnight apparently are acceptable. I would recommend that this home be listed for adults only for future use. It was a lovely home and no fault of the owners. You can't control your neighbors or how they treat others, but it is good to know for a family who is coming on vacation.

Wonderful spring break!

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for 2 families and our teens. We cooked breakfast and dinner daily in the well equipped kitchen and there was plenty of seating. The location is great with the pool basically in the backyard and we had fun playing tennis as well. The boogie boards, chairs and umbrella were a great addition so we didn't have to purchase any of those items. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Home

Although the weather was rainy all week this home provided my family the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together. The kitchen is amazing and the space is large allowing everyone to spread out. We will definitely go again.

Beautiful location for a family getaway

We had an extended stay with our adult sons and girlfriends as well as a nephew. The house easily handled our party of 7. Kitchen layout is great for cooking and the location was quiet but perfect for easy access to shopping and the beach. Surfing lessons, snorkeling and hanging on the beach. The house had boogie boards, 8 beach chairs and a cooler! Yard is very pretty and the pool was very nice as well. Excellent support and easy check in n and checkout!

Great house w/a few blips.

First, the house was amazing. The neighborhood was nice and the layout of the house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The yard and BBQ area were so nice! You had everything you could need for the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, etc. The living area is huge with a lot of comfortable seating. We arrived on Christmas day, after stopping at Safeway in Lihue, to cook a nice Christmas dinner. Upon arrival our code did not work and we had to call the property manager's office to have it reset. If you're going to cook dinner here, start early so you have daylight to see. There is no overhead lighting in the kitchen, only low hanging lights over the bar area, and they are VERY dim. We had to use cell phone flashlights to see while cooking. We were unable to use the oven since the prior guests broke the knob and we couldn't turn it on. Major bummer since our Christmas dinner required an oven. It would have been nice to know prior, however the rental service did make it right for us. We had trouble with 2 of the stove top burners as well. It was an expensive house and I'm sure we payed a premium over the holidays so little things matter. The wine fridge did not work and in the heat, leaving wine sitting around made it too warm. We had no dish towels, which I requested when I spoke to the property manager. Someone was supposed to drop them off but never did. The filtered water faucet near the sink ran and we kept thinking water was running somewhere. The bean bags for corn hole need to be replaced as they have holes in them. Again the house was beautiful but we did experience one major and several minor inconveniences which I wouldn't expect with the prices we paid.
