Please note: over the Victorian school holidays we have a minimum of 5 night stay / and over the Xmas/ new year period we have a minimum of 7 night stay

Beautiful beach house with sense of openness and calmness combined with effective use of spaces for the whole family. Positioned perfectly just 800m (approx.) from Anglesea's Surf Lifesaving Club and 800m to the river precinct this neat and tidy 3-bedroom home offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle.
Whilst incredibly functional, the overall feel of space and light can be attributed to the floor to ceiling windows across the whole upstairs living area with vaulted ceiling. There are 3 levels, with a bedroom on the ground floor plus a kids games room / 2nd living room with TV, the middle level hosts 2 further bedrooms both with built in cupboards, a central main bathroom and separate laundry and toilet.
The top level has an elevated ceiling with windows capturing blue skies and leafy outlook, sliding doors access the balcony delivering views of the surrounding area and sea glimpse. The entire floor is open plan kitchen, dining and living and perfect for entertaining.
