The house was well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. We had plenty of space for all five of us. We had everything we needed while there and our host was great. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. The house was in a great location with an easy walk to the shops and the beach. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Lots of choice

We loved the table on the deck & umbrella for shade, the visiting wild birds that checked us out too. The secure deck was enjoyed by the adults and children, as well as the secure fenced yard for our dogs.

Terrific Family Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. A fantastic location only a short walk to the main shops, beach and walking tracks. The incredible birdlife that stops by for a visit was a real highlight for us. Helen is a fabulous host and responded immediately if we needed anything. Another highlight was not having to provide bedlinen and towels which were beautiful quality. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen with everything you need' lovely quiet location and plenty of room for the whole family. An additional bonus was Netflix and wi-fi. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well located home in Anglesea.

Family christmas

One morning had breakfast with magpies and a sulphur crested cockatoo on the deck. The large bbq was spot on, was able to roast Christmas lunch in it to perfection.Access is via short steep driveway with a right hand turn at the top - which we knew about and quickly mastered. However, for those are aren’t confident with such access - might need to consider street parking

Great spaces

The property is well appointed and the distribution of rooms is great with the master room enjoying calming views and beautiful bird life. Short walk to shops and great nature walk to the amazing beaches full of hidden treasures. Great access to walk tracks into the Heath Bushlands and if you are a keen walker in 8hs you can reach Lorne by foot or other fabulous areas in short distances. A great confortable base to explore the area.

Family get together

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Very well equipped kitchen and everyday pantry items too which was fabulous. Comfortable beds. Great location close to shops, nice walking tracks and playground/reserve and the beach too. There’s everything you need for a family holiday from toddlers to adults. Highly recommend.

Wonderful beach holiday house

This holiday home is excellent. Very comfortable beds, great living space, and the huge deck with views of the surrounding tree tops. We stayed with a group of adults and teenagers who all enjoyed the stay and the location, being a short walk to the river, Main Street and beach. Would highly recommend to others.

Great location, beautiful view

Christmas getaway

We had a great Christmas at Aflresco @ Anglesea! A lovely, comfortable, very well equipped home with beach house decor, beautiful views and thoughtful touches. Location is great -at the end of quiet cul de sac within easy walking distance of everything. Host Helen was a delight to deal with.

Comfort and location

Alfresco @ Anglesea is a comfortable, clean, well equipped, spacious and homey property within walking distance of the shops and beach. There is a great balcony with a lovely long range view over trees and hills.

Comfortable property at end of street

Located on a slope at the end of a short street with a hill view from the deck. Very spacious and clean accommodation, kids loved the bunker beds. Kitchen was well equipped. IGA was within walking distance. Good communication from the owner.

Excellent holiday home in great location

Our family group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alfresco. We have stayed at many different holiday homes in Anglesea and found this to be one of the best based on the home (very clean, comfortable beds, huge deck with beautiful treetop views) and the location (short walk to beach, river and shops). Had a great stay and would strongly recommend to others.

Restful and peaceful time in Anglesea.

Spacious, tidy and well appointed three bedroom place with capacious room for nine. Quiet street, lots of amenities including table tennis with a plentiful supply of balls, boogie boards, card and board games and the like. A lovely stay.
