Come and enjoy our little homestead, we grow most of our food and process it for the winter. Guests are welcome to pick from the gardens to prepare their meal (gardens are organic). Relax oceanside for your next memorable vacation enjoying 9.5 acres . Sit by the freshwater falls, walk the ocean floor collecting shells & taking in the aquatic fauna. Unwind in the hammocks while being taken away by the tranquility of the brook. Sleep in air conditioned Carriage house with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Walk the nearby trails or kayak from the property. This will be a stay you'll never forget. Visit
St. Andrews a short drive with all its attractions. We have a dog, cat and chickens on the property that are very friendly and welcome guests with their four legged friends. All are welcome. My husband and I are on site if you require anything

What a wonderful place! Karen and Keith were great hosts! Close to town, and what a beautiful town! Karen made us homemade bran muffins our first morning there. They were amazing!

It was immaculate, fully equipped, beautiful & relaxing with a private quiet spot on the water. The owners are wonderful, caring, generous and available. An extra bonus was Ziggy, a playmate for our boxer. We loved the St Andrews area with lots of history, hiking and seafood restaurants.

Absolutely lovely homestead! The owners were super kind and were available any time we needed them. The apartment was well appointed with everything. Our old dog was really happy and enjoyed his new friend, Ziggy. Nice walk to the water to sit and relax. Very special place and people. We'll definitely be back.

Karen and Keith, who live below the apartment, were very hospitable offering fresh muffins and berries! The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay but it did have a smell of cigarette smoke. It is a beautiful property and we enjoyed exploring the ocean, creek and waterfall. It is close to St. Andrews and other fun places to visit.

Karen & Keith are the most gracious hosts! The apartment Is clean, modern with comfy bed and most well-stocked kitchen ever! This unique property is a little mini-farm and they offered to let us pick whatever veggies we wanted. It sits on Oak Bay-so peaceful. Easy drive into St. Andrews. Salty C's has great lobster rolls. Also visited Ministers Island-a very beautiful island!Thanks, Karen & Keith for sharing your fabulous property with us.

Lovely, comfortable place to stay

The Carriage House is just as it looks in the pictures, modern, clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hosts, Karen and Keith, did everything to make our stay enjoyable and even provided some delicious homemade treats.The Carriage House was a perfect spot to come home to after a day of touring around the St. Andrews area. Things that made it extra special included picking and eating vegetables from the large garden, relaxing on the upper deck, and kayaking. We definitely want to come back and will recommend it to family and friends!

A Dream Retreat in St Croix/ St Andrew

What a stunning find. This exquisite carriage house is located on a bay with stunning views and a trail to a waterfall. The owners live onsite and with an extensive working garden, we were treated with fresh strawberries every morning. The apartment was elegantly decorated with all the amenities including a soaking tub and deck. A quick drive to St Andrew’s and Minister Island made this an ideal location for a peaceful stay. And of course dog friendly

Exceptional experience!

This was an amazing week! The appartement was super clean, fully equipped and comfortable. Best part though was the hosts, Karen &Keith… So nice, easy going always available for us, and our baby dog! (Thanks again a Karen for the lessons and your patience with Bacchus!) Also had a few extras that were delicious ;-) A must if you like a place to relax while visiting NB!

Best 4 nights ever

It is a beautiful property and Karen & Keith are excellent hosts. Our boys 14 & 9 felt as if they were visiting their grand parents. Karen is pretty hands on with kids - spending time teaching them different stuff from fruits picking to driving RTV. We spent time kayaking, hiking, swimming and chatting over bone fire every night. Wonderful place for kids and pets. Definitely recommend for stay in NB if looking for quite time with family.

Arrived as guests, leaving as friends

This property is for nature lovers wishing to experience beautiful scenery, comfortable accommodation and a place that feels like coming back home to your friends every evening. Of course, you may not want to leave in the morning. When you do, all tourist sites are close and easy to get to. You will taste home made muffins and bring home ideas for preserving summer bounty. We spent evenings with owners by the campfire and enjoyed our mornings on a lovely patio. This is your place for a quiet getaway, will be back.

The Perfect Homestead and Hosts

Karen and Keith’s place is such a wonderful hidden gem to relax and reset. Between the wonderful hospitality from Karen and Keith (including tour of the property, helping us get our paddle boards down to the water, building us a bonfire and making us fresh home made muffins in the morning) and the beautiful scenery (including waterfront access, waterfall and pick your own fruit and veggie farm), I don’t think we could’ve asked for more! The places is a short drive to St Andrews for lunch or dinner! And being able to bring my pups was just the icing on the cake. We will for sure try to come back to visit- if not just to hang out with K&K!

Fabulous Getaway!

This is absolutely the best stay we ever had. This place goes way beyond charming. Turning into the most endearing homestead. The inside of the home is immaculate, with all the comforts of a home and then some. The grounds of the property is set back and secluded, giving way to a relaxing, calming and serene feeling. Having morning coffee and juice on the back terrace, which opens out from the bedroom, with all the hummingbirds at the feeder is a must. Sitting watching the many birds at the feeder and listening to the waterfall alleviates any stress one might have. We took several walks a day on the property and relaxed at our own private water's edge, enjoying the views. Hammocks and kayaks readily available for our own use. We had a magnificent time. The owner's, Karen and Keith, who are onsite, are simply wonderful, going beyond to make sure our stay and needs were met. It is easy to see that they take pride and care in what they do. They made sure we were comfortable and invited us to pick from their gardens. I cannot believe how hard they work on their property and took the time out to chat whenever we interrupted :) Our time, 4 nights, went by fast, too fast in fact. Not only did we thoroughly enjoy ourselves but our two little dogs did as well. Our little Nixi, chihuahua, would invite herself into Karen's place to sit on her lap. Dogs have an instinct for human kindness. We loved our stay and I want to give a big THANK YOU to Karen and Keith for our stay.

Quiet time

Very pleasant owner present at site. Very hospitable and helpful!! Restful for us we relaxed and enjoyed the woods and tidal waters. Gabe our dog very much enjoyed his time here. The place was very clean and everything worked very well. Would love to return one day.

Fantastic

This place was beautiful and spotless. And in an amazing location. The property owner/manager could not have been more awesome. It is really super quiet but close to town. You will really feel like you are getting away - with nice amenities and close enough to go out to dinner (even though after seeing the kitchen you won’t want to go out to dinner - gorgeous). We will stay here again. It was great.
