Located on the 9th floor of Sanibel Condominiums this upscale vacation rental will provide memories to last a lifetime. From the moment you open the front door the bright and boastful views will give you all the beach life vibes with updated furnishings. Slide open the beach facing balcony doors and let in the fresh Alabama breeze while watching the breath-taking sunsets. The open and large floor plan allows the entire family to enjoy their time together. The living room which was designed with coastal comfort in mind features a 70-inch smart TV which is perfect for making sure you do not miss the big game. If you need a little more sleeping space the couch has a queen size sofa sleeper which allows Sanibel 907 to sleep up to 10 people comfortably.

When it is time to prepare your fresh caught gulf seafood the fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need. There is plenty of counter space to prepare your favorite snacks all while creating a culinary masterpiece. There is seating for 6 people at the dining table and an additional 4 seats at the breakfast counter when it is time to serve meals.

After a long day of getting your toes in the sugar white sands retreat to the comfort of the cozy king size bed in the primary suite. The serenity of the private balcony overlooking little lagoon will immerse you in peace and allow you to get ready for a new day full of adventure. The primary bathroom has a large vanity area that will make you feel right at home as well as a bathtub -shower combination.

The second bedroom has both a queen-size and twin-size bunk beds. This room also has a spacious private bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and has access to the third full bathroom which is accessed through the main hallway. Each bedroom has flat screen televisions in case the need arises to watch more than one thing.

All the comforts of home can be found in this condo. There is a full-size washer and dryer and Wi-Fi throughout the condo to help stay connected to the real world if you choose to do so. All televisions have connection to Dish Network.

The Sanibel Condominiums are located just minutes away from downtown Gulf Shores where you will find local restaurants and boutiques unlike anywhere else. There is an outdoor pool with a children's pool as well as a fitness room and sauna for guests of Sanibel to take full advantage of during their stay. Do you enjoy fishing boating kayaking swimming and walks on the beach? There is a fishing pier on Little Lagoon right outside. Beach access is about a 5 minute walk and nearby to restaurants like the iconic Hangout and Bahama Bob's.


Guests of Sanibel 907 will be allowed 2 parking passes. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and be present during the duration of the stay. Monthly rental rates are not permitted.
