Easy beach access

The space was perfect for our family. Great pool and lazy river for the kids. 1 min wal ro beach and restaurants and boardwalk within 10 min walking distance. The down side was bathrooms could have been cleaner and we found socks and a wet bathing suit under one of the beds. Overall I would stay again!

A great get away

Many times we told one another, " it's not that bad" and it wasn't. We aren't fancy people. We have booked other places in the past that were " that bad!" And still had fun. So if great pools and a lazy river with a phenomenal view are what you need....it's not that bad!

Short getaway

Overall, the stay was good. The room doesn't look quite as pictured, but it was still nice. The quality of the furniture could've been a little better. It was nothing major though, just small things. The middle of the couch was sinking and had a small tear in the fabric on the arm. Therer were a few water marks on the kitchen table,and the chairs didn't match. But again, nothing major. We all had a great time.

Good place for the price

It definitely needed some updates in our condo but it was over all a great place and an amazing view. Our place looked just like the pictures. Management in the office was rude though. Daughter got hurt at the pool and they acted like they didn’t care she cut her foot pretty good too a lot of blood. But other than that lol hiccup it was a great place to stay.

Girls Trip

The room had a mold issue that was noticed immediately entering the room. I called Elliot and they addressed the situation immediately with the property owners and moved us into a different location that was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend the rental agency but do not recommend staying in this room without confirming the mold issues have been resolved.

Very disappointed

The room was more than gross :/. My kids refused to stay- so you know it must have been bad. Elliot rentals reimbursed us a (small) portion of our money and (semi) upgraded us to a cleaner room.

Unkept camp site

The property doesn’t look like it has had an upgrade to aesthetics/furniture in over 20 years or more. The curtains closely resembled the Bate’s Motel. We covered the living room chairs with sheets, so we could have a place to sit. The Murphy bed looked unsanitary and fractured. There was no top sheet on one of the beds. The stay was very disappointing and misrepresented.

Needs remodeled

The pictures don't tell the whole story. Parking is in a parking garage accross the street. MOLD and mildew everywhere. Ripped curtains, missing trim, rusted fixtures and door hinges. TV didn't work. Cigarette butts in the pools.

Absolutely a disgrace

#838 had moldy, dirty comfortors, smelled like an old moldy basement, had a broken murphy bed - behind it was very dirty-, broken outlets, peeling ceiling above the beds, missing smoke detector with wires sticking out of the wall, burn holes in the curtains and the floor lamp switch was broken off. I will say Elliot Rentals did remedy the situation eventually and moved us to a new location but I don't understand how that room was ever approved for rent!!

Family vacation

The property is in a good location. The extra parking is across the street. The lazy river wasn’t working or 1 of the jacuzzi. The room was dirty. Someone’s fake eye lashes were on the table, and all over the floor, a balloon on the ceiling, beds were extremely old and uncomfortable, sparks flew when you plugged something in, mold on the walls, the furniture is old (which is fine but the cushion should not fall in). Hair all in the bathtub and all over the floors. And the things I saw all over the walls which included soda people scraping up the walls among other things this unit clearly had not been cleaned.

Did not Get pillows till night before leaving Ac wasn’t working Remotes wouldn’t work No linens or linen bags which was argued with about them being in room and was not in room. No trash bags No mop Outside chair was broke when we arrived

Bad spot, good management

When we arrived to our condo, one of the elevators wouldnt go to the 8th floor. Then, when we get to the room, the ac didnt work, the curtains were torn and had burn holes. The comforters in the front bedroom had mildew on them and the whole place was hot and stinky.. im not usually one to complain. Matter of fact, im usually one to just suck it up and stay there anyways. This time though, my 5 year old had such bad allergies when we arrived and they were exasperated by the humind conditions and mildew and he coughed so much he got sick. So i went to the property management company and explained how unhappy i was with this location. We stayed in myrtle beach during the week of july 4th so there was little to no availability but they were able to move us to a different condo in a nicer area and our vacation ended up amazing!. This condo specifically i would not recommend. However, elliot beach rental company was very helpful and understanding!
