Three girlfriends and I stayed one week and were pleased with the condo. It has a great view of Siesta Key Beach parking and the beach itself. The condo is approximately one mile from the Siesta Key Village, and there is a trolly stop right in front of complex. The condo room is perfect for four guests. One room has a queen bed and very small bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There is another bath with a tub/shower in the hallway between the two bedrooms and the Living/Dining area. There is an open concept between the kitchen, dining and living space which is nice.The condo was fairly clean, and stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and bath towels.It did however only have one toilet paper roll per bathroom and one paper towel. This I found out is the complex's standard, not reflective on just this condo.The living room is carpeted; the kitchen and dining area have linoleum. We sat on the lanai every morning, any time we ate in the condo and any time relaxing in the evening. There is a table and four chairs.
