With a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room and sleeper sofa in the living room this unit sleeps up to five people. La Siesta was very safe thru hurricane

We stayed the week of Labor Day during a hurricane and was safe and sound. No flooding or anything. We were safe and I felt safe. Then they had things all cleaned up and the rest of the week went great!

Needs updated and thoroughly cleaned

Air filters had not been changed, it appeared for years. Dust had built up in the corners of the carpet. The drawers in the master bedroom dresser were totally broken. The keys would not work my first night of the stay and I was locked out a couple of times. The bathroom was nice.

Spring Break 2023

Perfect location for a Siesta Key Beach spring break! The condo had everything that we needed. It is located directly across the street from the main Siesta Key Beach. Condo is in need of updating. Furniture is well worn and carpeting is stained.

Overrated

View of main car park so not a lot of view of the beach or sea. A lot of noise from the road outside and car alarms from the public car park opposite. Issues with the condo reported to management who advised us that they would be addressed in the future. 20 minute walk into the village which was 'OK' but there is a free trolley service, but you should tip the driver. Siesta Key beach , in our opinion , is overrated with compacted sand in places.

Location perfect, facility not so much

I’ll start by saying location is amazing if your looking for something close to the beach! Walk across the street and there is a public beach access right there! However the picture of the children play area was significantly less appealing and very dirty in person! The room we rented had ants, the fridge was leaking, and there was an ashtray right outside our non smoking room. The pool was “down for resurfacing” which wasn’t mentioned during booking and was unavailable for half our stay. The property only offered to let us go next door to swim when I asked if there was another place we could use considering we have three kids and needed a day off the beach. The staff was rude, and not very helpful! The room was not as pictured, huge dents and divets in the walls, a vacuum that didn’t work and no broom. There were beach chairs, boogie bird and a cooler in the closet to use. The porch was on the main busy street and very loud at all hours of the day, however inside the traffic couldn’t be heard as much.

perfect location across the #1 beach and walking distance from village. Easy access to free trolley.

Exactly as posted and east experience. Friendly property managers and lots of amenities. Will be coming back again. Highly recommended for a family or small group.

Siesta delight

Great location. Some issues with getting lightbulbs replaced even after 3 requests..beautiful view Comfortable beds.Adequate provisions Lots of towels.Convenient to everything. Would recommend.

Perfect Location

I rented the property to be close to the Siesta Key Crystal Classic Sand Sculpting competition and it couldn’t have been more conveniently located. The condo was clean and comfortable and exactly what we wanted. The kitchen had enough essential cooking utensils so we could enjoy a few meals at home. This will be the first place I check for availability when I return to the area in the future
