This beautiful renovation has a roomy floor plan of 1500 sq. ft. and is centrally located in mid-city. Hardwood floors, 12ft ceilings, and antique finishes add to the old-world New Orleans charm. Amenities include a private porch, backyard, off-street parking, washer/dryer, and walk-in closet. It is located in mid-city Bayou St. John / Esplanade Ridge, within walking distance to CC's coffee, Jazz Fest, City Park, restaurants, and only 1.5 miles to Bourbon Street / French Quarter.

Perfect Holiday Getaway in New Orleans

We had an incredible 4-night stay at this beautifully furnished home over the Christmas holiday! The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The hosts were fantastic—attentive, responsive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish.The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to plenty of restaurants and attractions. During our visit, we enjoyed golfing at TPC Louisiana and English Turn Golf Club, exploring Bourbon Street, and dining at amazing spots like Toups Meatery, Kingfish Kitchen and Mulate’s. We also had fun trying our luck at Caesars Casino, all just a short UBER trip away.This home truly felt like a perfect retreat after each day of adventure. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely stay here again when we’re back in New Orleans!

This newly renovated gorgeous property is full of New Orleans charm and decor. Located in mid-city and centrally located to get to the French Quarter, Uptown, and Downtown New Orleans.

- Check-in is at 3:30pm / Check-out is at 10:00am
- There will be an additional charge for UNAPPROVED late check-outs

- Quiet Hours 10PM - 8AM (See below City of New Orleans policy):
Short-term rental use that generates (i) excessive loud sound, (ii) offensive odors, (iii) public drunkenness, (iv) unlawful loitering, (v) litter, (vi) lewd conduct by guests or (vii) any effect that otherwise unreasonably interferes with neighbors' quiet enjoyment of their properties. For purposes of this paragraph, excessive loud sound means any noise generated from within the dwelling unit or having a nexus to the dwelling unit that is louder than a conversational level, or any music that is plainly audible from the property line of the lot containing the dwelling unit, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Each instance and type of unreasonable interference defined in this paragraph shall constitute a separate violation of this section and may be cited separately in any enforcement action.
