Sandy Shores #211 - Under new ownership and freshened up with new paint, appliances, kitchen backsplash, bedding, smart televisions and more. Updated kitchen and baths with all wood cabinetry and granite counters. Sandy Shores #211 offers a large living area has ample seating and opens out the the private balcony with partial view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico & John's Pass Bridge. Master Bedroom has 1 king bed and 1 twin bed, television and walk in closet. Guest Bedroom has 2 queen beds and linens provided. Please note there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. The cleaning fee for this condo even includes the use of 6 beach towels during your stay! Enjoy free WiFi.

This condo does not have a landline telephone. Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Sorry NO Pets Allowed.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beach, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Loved being on the beach

Enjoyed our stay here. Loved being so close to John’s Pass. Loved the pool and being on the beach. Condo was nice. Parking was easy. Listing was accurate. Check in and out processes simple.

Unit #211 was so nice ... clean, spacious, comfortable bed & couches, well equipped & maintained. Although the balcony was not beachside, it was open to a great view with lots of sunshine. Locations is so perfect across from John's Pass with shopping & restaurants. Our favorite spot if the huge patio which is so close to the beach you can hear and see the waves. I would definitely recommend!

We have never had a problem with door codes or access to the building or the beach. Our unit comes with a good supply of dish soap, toilet paper, beach towels and toys. The furniture is a little outdated but it works! Already booked for 2025~!

Good family vacation spot

Overall this is a good property. Great beach and pool. The condo itself was very nice. Would be nice to have napkins/papertowels/hand soap provided. The elevator was not good - extremely slow and small for this size property. It's fine to take the stairs but when you have a stroller and luggage and are several flights up, it's not realistic. Overall would visit again.

We walked across the street to John’s Pass where there are a lot of restaurants, shops and fun things to do. The kids especially enjoyed the alligator experience place.

Place to Improve

Reviewer Comments: At apt 211 almost everything good, other that the kitchen stuff is really cheap, knives not sharpped, even the potatoes peeler did work. the frying pans all cooked did sit flat on the stove, cutting board only one and small,no can opener, no dust pan. All the beach umbrellas really rusty and the sticks didn't fit. Before renting owners should check everything. Was very frustrating to cookto Cook in that kitchen where the knives didn't work. Now outside the apartment, the elevator really slow and the code that was give it to us didn't work, I reported to the office but they never got back to me about it
