Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles. STR license # 009118.

Excellent location, quality property, a few issues.

Really enjoyed staying at the condo. It's a great location was clean and very modern. Couple concerns would be hot tub was not usable for the first couple days and promised rendezvous mountain. The center passes were never provided. Was kind of disappointing as it was one of the reasons I had selected this property to store my equipment at the mountain. Otherwise would highly recommend this unit

Comfortable Winter Stay

The place is gorgeous, spacious and has all the amenities needed. The xplorie partnership was perfect as we had people come from out of town and they took advantage of the free ski rentals. Location was great for walking to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The park/walking trail across the street was perfect for taking our dog out. Plenty of bus stops in the area for convenient bus riding to base. The view from the rooftop was great, and I'm sure would be amazing during the summer to see concerts. The construction is the townhome is amazing, we never heard any of the neighbors or anyone walking if they were a floor above. We never received the rendezvous club passes, to be able to leave ski's and items at the base resort. The management we called never followed up if they found or didn't find the extra passes. The shared bathroom was missing body soap, not a huge issue as luckily we had brought our own. The futon downstairs was not that comfortable for the guest sleeping down there, and sheets weren't provided in the room. We had to go searching for extra. A pull out couch might be more comfortable for guest down there. The place is a five star, but not being able to use the club passes was a huge blow for the weekend. It was a main item to why we picked this place over others. We definitely will stay here again though.

Luxury Style

Perfect location! What can I say, modern and luxury stay at the center of town. Heated 2 car garage to keep your ride warm and ready for wherever your adventures take you. Location is central and easily walking distance to many places in town and just across the street from Hideaway Park to take the little ones over to sled and play in the snow. If you don't want to drive the free area Lift buses are a great option to get you around town and back and forth to the slopes with the pick up stop being just out the front door and across the street. Enjoyed the Rooftop hot tub to relax after skiing. We stayed in February so little cold for just hanging out on either of the 2 rooftop decks but I'd imagine a summer stay would be amazing for grilling out and enjoying any of the concert series. Game room downstairs to entertain the kids. This unit was one of very few if not the only I've seen that offers guest passes to use Rendezvous Club at the base of Winter Park Resort allowing you to store your skis slope side overnight. Make your way to the resort in comfortable shoes, grab some coffee at the club, slide into your ski boots and grab your gear, short walk to the gondola and ski or ride your heart out. When you have had your fill just pop back in and drop off your gear enjoy walking around to check out the resort in your comfy shoes rather than ski boots. This is a very nice and convenient option to make your trip the best ever.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We had the perfect Thanksgiving at the Rendezvous Center Luxury Loft. We couldn't have asked for a better location for visits to the park, the holiday tree lighting, and lots of great nearby restaurants. The home itself was cozy, very clean, and had all we needed for the babies and child in our group. And the grownups especially enjoyed the rooftop hot tub!

Awesome location

The Little Engine That Could (or Could Not)

Winter break stay for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The unit is new, clean and extremely well located directly across the street from the park and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. That said, all of the furnishings appear to be from IKEA so not the quality one would expect from a luxury rental. Beds and pillows were not comfortable and the amount and size of the furniture does not match up to the size of the unit...as an example, not everyone in our party could sit in the living room watching TV together because the couches are so small, but the dining table is oddly placed in a tiny room off the kitchen and seems crammed in there. Also, the 4th bedroom/game room has a very cheap and uncomfortable couch/futon in it with a overly large weird foam pad to use as padding and has inadequate bedding (no sheets). Additionally, there was a bad draft coming in from the front door of the unit during sub zero temperatures and we had to use a bath mat to block the draft...unfortunately, it got dirty and the management company charged us $25 for it, instead of being more sympathetic with the actual issue of the unit. They really were not that helpful and if I owned the unit, I would fire them. If you are looking for a comfortable family place to stay. At the end of the day, you can do much better than this unit in the area.

Great Location, Beautiful Condo

This was our 2nd stay with Winter Park Escapes and it was just as wonderful as our first! The condo was immaculate, family friendly and centrally located near restaurants and shopping. The roof top views were breathtaking! We ate in several meals (as we had children with us) and the large kitchen was very accommodating. We would highly recommend Winter Park Escapes and any of their accommodations!

Beautiful mountain home. Hot tub on the roof and other rooms had beautiful views everything was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed. Right across from the park which was a nice view as well. Super close to restaurants and very convenient to WP/MJ ski area.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved it here! Everything was spotless and the view was amazing! It was spacious and had all the necessary things needed! Kitchen was equipped very well, rooms were VERY clean and tidy! We enjoyed the hot tub and the home was very clean and new too! Definitely coming back here!

Great family fun

We had a great family vacation in Winter Park. This unit is located directly across from the children's sled hill and playground. My 2 and 4 year old children loved this. In addition, the free bus to the ski area picks up nearby. The unit we rented came with a high chair, pack/play and children's books/toys. The only negative to this unit is that the 2 guest bedrooms share 1 bath. In addition, the basement room where my children slept had no bath on that floor. This is very inconvenient for the number of guests that the unit sleeps.

Wonderful stay in Winter Park

This is a beautiful property conveniently located in the heart of WP. Its across from a park for the kiddos. The property was very clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof and the views. This is a great property for a family or a friends getaway. Highly recommend.
