Excellent Property

Our family had a great time in Spearfish. The property was clean; the host provided all we needed and more; the stay was very comfortable. If you need a place for a family stay in Spearfish, this would be the one.

Spearfish in February

We rented this property for our weekend stay. We were in Spearfish for a weekend of skiing and visiting with family. This property is close to all the conveniences of the area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was easy to communicate with and everything was smooth. Would rent again.

Nice property but the AC on the first floor was not working and couldn't cool the house down.

Nice house and property with a nice lay out, but not well cared for. With the temps in the 80s and 90s, the main floor air couldn't cool the house down even to 72 degrees at night. The house smelled musty upon arrival as if it hadn't been opened up for a while and there are weeds growing all around the yard.

Loved the place.

Location! Location! Location’

Property was in a great location. We explored numerous different cities and attractions such as visiting badlands, going to concert night in deadwood, and exploring spearfish trails. We did not spend a lot of time at the property only to sleep. The property was clean, and air temp was comfortable. One bedroom upstairs we did not utilize as the doorknob was switched around with a lock on outside of door, and kids were not comfortable being able to be locked In room. There was not many pots and pans, only located 2 pots, so if you plan on doing alot of cooking you may need to plan accordingly. Beds were super comfortable! We all slept really good! Showers were nice and hot! Overall great experience and great place to stay, would recommend this property .

Wonderful Time

My family had the opportunity to stay in this home because an extended family member was getting married in the area. My wife and I, along with our two grown children and their spouses and our five year old granddaughter found this to be a wonderful place to stay. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and back porch all gave us ample places to be together. Should we ever need to be back in that area, we would gladly stay in this home again! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The check in and check out process were seamless. We had a wonderful time! I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Great stay in Spearfish

My wife and I, along with our adult son and his wife and their 5 year old daughter, and our adult daughter and her husband were able to stay together in this lovely home. We were in town for a family wedding and this gave us an opportunity to all be together. Each couple had their own bedroom and our granddaughter did as well. The living room, dining room, kitchen and back porch all gave places for people to hang out and do things together. We found communication with the property owner to be very simple and straightforward. We are hoping for another family event in this community as we would gladly rent this home again.

Great Location

We loved our stay. It's a cute and clean house in a good area. We were just minutes from the college and groceries. Tons of space for my family of 5. We would definitely plan to go back. If I'm picky the only complaints I would have is mattress quality and the stove was a bit quirky. Overall it was a great place to stay, check-in was super easy too!

Great location for access to schools, groceries etc

Unfortunately, had water pipe freezing issue that took the luster off the stay but without that, it was perfect for our needs.

Nice house to rent and centrally located

Everything was very nice and clean. Very home feeling. Could use better lighting and could use a new kitcken stove (had a hard time using one of the burners)
